I can only hope Hogan drops the title at WrestleMania X and why? Hogan more or less is a part timer now doing movies and TV and he needs to pass the torch the man is obviously past his prime he is over the hill what he needs to do is pass the torch because the WWF is a new generation it is time for the new era of superstars to lead this company and here is hoping Bret becomes champion...send Hogan to WCW to greener pastures because he obviously is an old guy an old guy who doesn't have it anymore

The thing with Hogan was that as soon as he was off the 'roids (he claims he got off of it in 1990) he wasn't the same and looked as though he aged ten years. People were getting tired of the gimmick as well. But the truth is Hogan was just 40 at this time in the diary, while Bret Hart was 36, so not a huge difference in age.

Monday Night RAW February 7th, 1994 Hosts: Vince McMahon and Bastion Booger
Vince gets in the ring and calls out Hulk Hogan as the world wants to know why he attacked the Hitman at the Royal Rumble. Instead out comes Jimmy Hart. Vince: Jimmy Hart what in the world are you doing here? Hart: I'm out here baby to let the world know that I've got the most lucrative contract a manager could ever dream about. Vince: What do you mean? Hart: Ladies and gentlemen I would like to bring out my new friend the World Wrestling Federation Champion Hulk Hogan! Hogan comes out with the WWF title to a mixed reaction. Vince: Hulk Hogan thank you for coming and I... Hart: Now why don't you shut up and let him talk baby! Hogan: First of all I've been wanting to get a few things off my chest brother. When the blood was flowing at the Royal Rumble brother, I knew that it was time to tell the truth to the world. But before I could I saw something I couldn't believe. Bret Hart winning the Royal Rumble brother. Vince: And that he did... Hogan: Ever since I took time off from the WWF brother, the whole world was in shock when they saw a little man win the WWF title brother. Vince: I believe they were thrilled... Hogan: I have ruled the wrestling world for ten years, I have fought big men at all nine Wrestlemanias. I've gone to war with Andre the Giant twice, I've gone to war with the Macho Man, with the Ultimate Warrior (rare mention), with Giant Gonzalez, with King Kong Bundy and many larger than life men who deserved a title shot. But now at Wrestlemania X, the biggest stage of them all, I'm going to face a midget? (gets a lot of heat) Vince: O give me a break, Bret Hart is 6 foot tall and 235 lbs I would hardly say he's a midget. Hogan: Bret Hart is the worst thing that has ever happened to the WWF. One half of a tag team, that's all he is brother. And it finally opened my eyes at the Royal Rumble and I had to do something about it. I had to show him that he's the biggest joke in the world. Vince: But the fans love Bret Hart and they loved you Hulk! Hogan: As far as the fans are concerned, I've heard the boos brother. If they're with me great, but most have turned their back on Hulk Hogan long ago so if they got a problem with me and my new manager, the mouth of the south Jimmy Hart, they could just (censored). Vince: O that's just wrong I would like to apologize... Hogan: So Bret Hart, you want to face the biggest star in sports entertainment. Ha I'm going to make it a living hell for you, at the tenth Wrestlemania, Hulk Hogan will rule the WWF once more with these 24" pythons so whacha gonna do Hitman? Whacha gonna do (grabs Vince's shirt and rips it) Ha ha! The Smoking Gunns def. jobbers via pinfall

Monday Night RAW March 7th, 1994 Hosts: Vince McMahon and Ted Dibiase
Vince McMahon is in the ring with Bret Hart Vince: Bret we are two weeks away from Wrestlemania X in what will be your biggest match yet. What is on your mind after hearing from Hulk Hogan a few weeks back? Bret: Well you know something Vince, Hulk Hogan has got a lot of nerve to say that I'm a little man ha, I mean come on Hogan you could do better than that. Hulk Hogan is afraid, he's afraid that the spotlight is coming to an end, that the end of the road of Hulkamania is near. For ten years Hulk, ten years you've walked around here reigning supreme, but that's about to come to an end. But you know what I'm really upset about Vince? Vince: What's that? Bret: How could a guy like Hulk Hogan turn on the fans, all the little kids who looked up to him? What happened to the prayers, training and vitamins Hulk? What happened to all the proceeds, all the sick kids in the hospitals you used to visit I mean what happened Hulk? And then you decide to partner up with the likes of Jimmy Hart? A guy who not to long ago tried to take you out of the business when you were put in the hospital for months? If this is what jealousy does to a man than I don't want it. Hulk Hogan walks out with Jimmy Hart (no real american is played), gets some heat.
Hogan: Let me tell you something Hitman, there is nothing to be afraid about because I could squash you like a bug. If you stepped in the ring with guys like Andre the Giant and Big John Studd, you'd never stand a chance. And as for me, ha you won't last a minute brother. Bret: How about we go at it right now? One minute that's your challenge than let's do it right now see if you could take me out after one minute (takes off his jacket and gets fired up) because I'm the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be! Hogan: You know what I'm sick and tired of is hearing you're the best. Give me a break Bret, I am the best there was. I was selling out in every stadium across the globe, when you were trying to win a Tag Team match. I am still the best as you can see I've got the WWF title around my waist and I will always be the best brother. Bret jumps Hogan, Hogan fires back it's a brawl till Hogan starts to choke out Bret in a corner as Vince and several WWF Officials break it. Hogan gets on the mic.Hogan: You'd think that I'll let you beat me? You think I'll be easy on you? Well I'll give you a taste of what I mean next week at the March to Wrestlemania X event brother (leaves). The Smoking Gunns def. jobbers via pinfall
Jeff Jarret def. Mike Sharpe via pinfall
I.R.S def. jobber via pinfall

I think Hogan should've stayed as a face, cause I think it would be better and more realistic, to have a face Hogan face a face Bret at Mania X. Vince wouldn't have thought of turning him heel and even if he did he wouldn't do it. But I'm still loving this diary continue the good work!

I disagree because of Hogan's ego, if he has to put Bret over for example, would make more sense as a heel than a face because as a face losing to a "small guy" wouldn't work for him.

Hulk Hogan Shoot Interview in 2016 Interviewer: Hulk Hogan as a heel would've been huge long-term in the WWF. A lot of people believed that you shouldn't have left after Wrestlemania X because when you turned heel you sold out some shows and business was picking up again after the Royal Rumble. Hulk: I'll make it clear see there was a problem that came up going into Wrestlemania. Vince got a court date I think it was on April 29th (real date) and I was going to testify in the steroid trial. So I told Vince look I'm going to tell the truth and this could blow over, you could go to jail I mean who knows what could happen. So it was better if I left. Interviewer: So this had to do with the trial? Hulk: Of course it did and on the day of at Wrestlemania X, I told Vince that I didn't want to leave the WWF a heel so that I could go to Japan or do TV, I can't end this night as a heel. Vince agreed with the finish and decided to let me go and we parted ways after Wrestlemania. I was glad that I did because it made me $200 Million by selling the "Hulk Hogan Grill" (Note: In real-life Hogan was offered it first before George Foreman, till Hogan turned it down, though he claims he missed the call).

Jeff Jarret def. Koko B. Ware via pinfall Vince: (gets in the ring and on the mic) Ladies and gentlmen, I would like to bring out the new WWF Heavyweight Champion, Bret "the Hitman" Hart! (Bret walks out to the ring to a pop) Bret what a moment it was last night at Wrestlemania X, when you defeated Hulk Hogan to win back the WWF title. But right now this is about the Hitman, this is about the future of the WWF and I am the future for I am the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be! Vince: There will be many competitors vying to take your championship, what's next for you? Bret: There are a lot of challengers in the back and from around the world. I'm willing to take on anyone. I will defend this title more than any champion ever has ("sexy boy" plays as Shawn Michaels makes his way out)... Vince: Shawn Michaels what are you doing here? Shawn: Last night wasn't just your moment Bret. Last night I was in the greatest match of my career when I pinned the Macho Man Randy Savage. This man cost me the Intercontinental Champion and everyone knows I was the greatest champion. But after all this time, after all that's happened I think the Heartbreak Kid needs to take it up to the next level. Vince: What are you implying? Shawn: Bret it would be an honour for you to put that WWF Championship on the line. Just you and me in the ring, one and one. Whad'ya say? Bret: I say (The Narcissist theme comes on and Luger walks out)...what now... Luger: Hold on just a moment Shawn Michaels. The Narcissist hasn't had his rematch for the WWF title. Randy: Ooo ya you shouldn't have gotten in my way McMahon ya, but that's old news and if Shawn Michaels thinks he can just get away with a win well I will hunt him down ya I will hunt him down to the ends of the earth! Vince: Okay...well folks we got some great action tonight... Diesel def. Virgil via pinfall
Sparky Plugg def. Barry Horowitz via pinfall
Men on a Mission (c) def. The Quebecers via pinfall to retain the WWF World Tag Team ChampionshipsKing's Court with Jerry the King Lawler:King: These past few weeks have been wild I can tell you. I can't believe that bozo Bret Hart won the WWF Championship, though he won it from another bozo. But worst of all he can't even make a decision of who to give a title shot too, why doesn't he just give both Shawn Michaels and Lex Luger a shot? So I want to bring out out the bozo to ask him myself so ladies and gentlemen Bret the Bozo Hart! Bret: (comes out) You know you got a loud mouth, I don't get what your problem is. King: My problem is you're cocky and think you're the best. You claimed to be the first King of the Ring (Bret won in 1991, in this diary Luger won in 1993), but everyone knows I'm the only King. But enough of that. I called you out here because I believe the world wants to know whose challenge you're willing to take, Shawn Michaels or the Narcissist Lex Luger? Bret: You know something King, you forget that I'm the excellence of execution, so you might want to add that on the list of what I think of myself because all the fans out here know the truth, that I am the best there is the best there was and the best there ever will be (King shakes his head)...as for a challenge well I am willing to take them both on. But there usually is one No. 1 contender. Why don't they face off so that we know who deserves it the most, that's what I would do. King: Of course you would and I see how it is. Shawn Michaels is an up and comer who is an amazing athelete and that's a threat to you. As for the Narcissist well he's the one who beat last year at SummerSlam for the WWF Championship. I have a feeling that...(Diesel's theme is on and he walks on out to the ring) Wow look at this guy 7-foot tall, three hundred pounds of Diesel! Diesel: I got something to say, if you can't make up your mind well I already got Jack Tunney to agree to a match next week on RAW. Bret: (looks surprised) you know I got to respect for you for doing what Shawn and Lex should've done in the first place. You're a big guy I got to say, but I've fought big guys before and I'll do it again so you got yourself a match next week on RAW. I'll be there. Diesel: That's fantastic because you have no idea what you're up against... Suddenly Diesel kicks Bret who falls. Even Lawler gets in some cheap shots till Diesel lands a jackknife powerbomb to close of RAW!
