Jack awaits as the hooded figure is none other than Austin! Austin slams the chair over Cactus Jack three times over the head! The bell rings and Jack's forehead is bleeding already. Austin lands kicks and punches, brawling it out to the outside. Austin slams Jack into the railings, the steel steps, the No Way Out sign and drags him to the back. Jack however grabs a rod and slams it into Austin's gut for the pin to two. Jack now has the upperhand fighting Austin. Chainsaw Charlie runs to the back to help out till Austin finds Blackman with a kendo stick and takes it from him to knock down Charlie. Austin stuns Charlie! Cactus Jack fights Austin till they end up in the kitchen. Austin grabs a frying pan and slams it over Jack. The match continues into the stadium alleyways. Austin grabs a few hotdogs and stuffs it in Cactus Jack's mouth. Austin grabs a beer and starts gulping it saying he's like Popeye and needs the strength. Austin spears Jack and they fight down the stairs in the arena within the crowd. They fight till they reach the ring. Jack slams Austin into the ring. Jack grabs a chair and brings it in. Austin is lightly cut open, but not so bad. Austin kicks Jack and lands the Stunner! Austin grabs the chair as Jack struggles to get back up. Austin slams the chair over Jack's back twice and lands a second Stunner for the pin and win! Winner: Stone Cold Steve Austin via pinfall to become the No. 1 Contender for the WWF Championship at Wrestlemania XIV.

RAW is WAR February 16th, 1998 Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry LawlerStone Cold makes his way out to a big pop in Dallas, Texas. Austin: Last night I opened up the biggest can of whoop a$$ on Cactus Jack and I got news for you Vince McMahon, I'm going to Wrestlemania like I said I would. You told me there was no way in hell I'd ever get a title shot, well here I am standing and I'm still 100% and ready. Vince: (gets on the stage platform with the stooges) You got a lot of nerve coming out here tonight. Austin, you may have won last night, and yes you're going to Wrestlemania, but if you think you're going to walk out the WWF Champion you're dreaming. Austin: You've screwed me many times before, and I guaran-damn-tee that I ain't gonna be screwed again. Vince: Screw you Austin, screw you. Because the truth is you could never beat Bret "the Hitman" Hart. The greatest WWF Champion in history, there is no chance in hell for you! So enjoy your boasting all you can because at Wrestlemania, Vince 3:16 says I just screwed your a$$! (Vince and his stooges laugh) Austin: Why don't you shut your damn mouth because I got a few things to say... Bret: (comes out and stands beside Vince) You know Austin, I never knew that Texas smelled literally like bull$hit (gets heat). Austin you've never stepped in the ring with a guy like me, heck there is no one better than me. I'm the best there is the best... Austin: I hear ya, you're the best there was, heck maybe you are the best there is, but I'll tell ya, you ain't the best there ever will be after you receive the kind of a$$ whoopin at Wrestlemania. Bret: You think you're so tough.... Austin: Well at least I'm don't call myself the $hitman, because that's what you are. Vince: Austin, Bret is right you're all talk, let's see how you do tonight when you take on Chainsaw Charlie later tonight....(talks to his stooges) in a Hardcore rules match! (Bret leaves with Vince and his stooges laughing) The Rock 'n' Roll Express def. The Legion of Doom via Countout

__________________________________ Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Chainsaw Charlie in a Hardcore MatchCharlie walks down the aisle with a chainsaw till Austin jumps him from behind! Austin starts beating up on Charlie as the bell rings and the referee runs towards them. Austin slams Charlie into the railings and to the ring apron. Austin gets Charlie in and lands a Stone Cold Stunner! Austin isn't done as he grabs the chainsaw and smashes it in the ground saying it isn't safe around the kids. Austin gets back in as Charlie tries to drag himself to a corner. Austin starts to kick him down hard as Vince in the back can be seen getting annoyed that Charlie is getting beat up. Bret is with the stooges and Vince sends him out. Bret runs in and starts to punch out Austin. Austin fires back and they got back and forth constantly as the fans are on their feet. Charlie however gets in a lowblow on Austin. And for some reason, Bret starts to beat up Charlie and gets in the sharpshooter! Charlie taps out like crazy as the referee ends the match. So it seems Bret Hart is the heel in the build up towards WrestleMania 14? Well that is what it seems so with that in mind the WWF Championship match at WrestleMania 14 will be Bret Hart vs Stone Cold Steve Austin with Tyson as Special Guest Enforcer so I wonder what other matches will be added to the WrestleMania 14 card?

RAW is WAR February 23rd, 1998 Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler
A clip from Shotgun is shown with DX humiliating "Sgt. Slobber" as they moon him and the fans. Slaughter opens RAW saying he has an announcement for DX. Jim Cornette opens RAW with a big rant about the state of the WWF. He trashes Vince McMahon for ending the "territories" and the glory days of the National Wrestling Alliance. He speaks about the WCW of being copycats with geysers running the place. Cornette says that the NWA is the future of professional wrestling and issues out an open challenge to the WWF to bring out their best and he'll bring out his best with a team consisting of the NWA NA Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett, Windham and the Rock n'Roll Express for Wrestlemania because this is an "NWA Invasion". Ken Shamrock makes his way out saying that he may have lost the Intercontinental Championship, but he stands for the WWF. Shamrock tells Jim off and Jim says that he has a big surprise for the whole world, especially for Ken Shamrock. He says Shamrock is afraid of one man, one man who has haunted him in his UFC career. This man has beaten Shamrock before. Suddenly former UFC Champion DAN SAVERN from the crowd runs out takes off his hoodie and gives a belly-to-belly suplex on Shamrock! (Dan came in last year for commentary, but I'm introducing him here) Savern starts a submission hold till WWF Officials break them off. _____________________________________________ The New Age Outlaws (c) def. The Legion of Doom via Countout to retain the WWF Tag Team Championships
Jeff Jarrett (c) (w/Cornette) def. Owen Hart via pinfall to retain the NWA NA Heavyweight Championship
Barry Windham (w/Cornette) def. Taka Michinoku (c) via Countout. Taka retains the Light Heavyweight title Steve Blackman def. Marc Mero (w/Goldust as "Sable") via pinfall. Mero is humiliated even though he defeated Vader at No Way Out of Texas. Sable is on the titantron "flashing" her "parts" and saying that Butterbean is more of a man than Mero is and that she'll show whatever she wants because she's free of a manchild like Mero. Mero gets pissed off on the mic and says that he wants a piece of Butterbean. Sable says Butterbean will accept a challenge under the condition that it's a boxing match. Mero laughs and says he's a better boxer than that "fat a$$". After a commercial break, Sgt. Slaughter is in the back being interviewed. He says he's had enough of D-Generation X and is setting up a tag team match wit h two WWF Superstars of his choosing to take on Shawn Michaels and Triple H at Wrestlemania. But the special stipulation is that he has to "cut off the neck" of DX and take down it's leader. The only way he can is that if his team wins at Wrestlemania, Shawn Michaels will be forced to RETIRE from the WWF (the real-life injury is not promoted on TV). In the back a camera rolls with Triple H and Shawn laughing it out with Chyna and the New Age Outlaws (Rude is not seen). Shawn says "ooo like I'm so scared, one sweet chin music and bam!" The Headbangers def. The Rock n'Roll Express (c) (w/Cornette) via DQ.
Cactus Jack (w/Charlie) def. D-Lo Brown in a "Dumpster" Match. In the back as he pinned Brown, the New Age Outlaws attack Jack and Charlie with cables choking them out to close off RAW!

Kurgan (w/The Jackyl) via Submission. In Dan's RAW debut, he pummels the giant Kurgan apart and gets in an armbar lock as the giant actually taps out. Cactus Jack & Chainsaw Charlie def. The Disciples of Apocalypse via pinfall to become the No. 1 Contenders for the WWF Tag Team Championships

Triple H (c) (w/Chyna and HBK) def. Flash Funk via pinfall to retain the WWF European Championship
Taka Michinoku (c) fought Brian Christopher to a Double Countout
The Rock (c) (w/NoD) def. Mosh via pinfall to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship. After the match, the Rock gets on the mic: Rock: The Rock has shown time and time again why I am the most electrifying man in Sports Entertainment today. At No Way Out of Texas, I, and only I (the NoD members look at each other like WTH?) was responsible for recapturing the WWF Intercontinental Championship. I showed the whole world why I am the greatest of all time... Suddenly Faarooq runs out to much applause from the fans and the Rock jumps out of the ring!Faarooq: (grabs the mic as the NoD members surround him) I never should have taken you in. You are the worst leader in the Nation. Rock: (grabs another mic) Nation members beat up Faarooq now! The Nation members push Faarooq and are ready to beat him down.Faarooq: Listen to me my brothers, it's me. I founded this movement...would I have ever taken all the credit like the Rock did? You clearly helped him out to win the WWF IC title. This is my movement, always has been. Rock: Why don't you know your role and shut your mouth! Faarooq: You may be the leader right now, but let's make it official. I want to take what is so precious to you the Intercontinental Championship and the leadership of the Nation of Domination (Nation members look at each other and start whispering to each other) I'm willing to forgive the errors of my brothers. But not you Rock. You may have all betrayed me, but you know that I am one to lead the Nation to glory. And if not, no problem because my beef is with the Rock! Rock: You want a match you got it at Wrestlemania (leaves by himself) After a commercial break the Nation member are asked in the back whose side they're on, they say they're staying neutral. _____________________________________________________________ Vince McMahon is in the ring with his stooges. He calls out Iron Mike Tyson who makes it to the ring. Vince asks Tyson about being the Special Enforcer. Tyson: I'm going to be fair, impartial and do my best at Wrestlemania. Vince: If it gets as far as having to bring down either Bret Hart or Steve Austin, will you do it? Tyson: If I have to use physical violence, I have no choice and will do what is necessary to get the job done. Bret "the Hitman" Hart makes his way out to some heat. Bret gets in the ring and on the mic.Bret: You know Vince you and I see eye to eye... Vince: That's correct, you are the model WWF Champion! Bret: But I just don't trust Mike Tyson. I mean give me a break we all know what you (Tyson) did that got you out of boxing in the first place. I've been wrestling all my life and there is one thing I know is that special enforcers rarely get the job done. Vince: Now come on Bret... Bret: Look don't get me wrong, I respect what you've done and you truly are the baddest man on the planet (JR says what a suck up). But I got a bad feeling about you Tyson, you just don't belong here. Tyson: I'm just happy to be here, I don't want to cause any trouble. Bret: What, you're chickening out because you know and everyone here knows I'm the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. Tyson gets in Bret's face all pissed off. He starts to talk trash and Bret talks trash as well. Bret: How about we go at it right here right now, just keep those fangs out of my way. Tyson pushes Bret! Bret takes off his jacket and Tyson takes off his blazer. They're about to fight as the fans are on their feet. Suddenly Bret and Tyson hug it out! Vince laughs and hugs Tyson!JR: (on commentary) Good-god-almighty! The three are in on it! The three are in on it! Vince: You see Austin, Vince 3:16 says I just screwed your a$$ and at Wrestlemania XIV, there is no chance in hell you'll become the WWF Champion! Bret and Tyson get a photo opportunity to much heat as they shake hands and Tyson gets to place the WWF title over his shoulder. Bret gives one of his hand-drawn designed shirts and Tyson wears it as they all leave and RAW goes off air.

No I can see The Nation screwing Faarooq and why? Because The Rock has truly taken over as the leader of The Nation of Domination and I am sure D'Lo, Kama and Mark Henry they would rather side with Rock anyway than side with Faarooq which is why I see Rock retaining his WWF Intercontinental Championship and staying leader of The Nation
Ken Shamrock vs Dan Severn...UFC meets WWF and both former stars of UFC I mean who do I see winning? I see Shamrock winning and why? Because of the fact that he has never managed to beat Dan whether it be in a UFC octagon or here in the WWF so since Dan has haunted Ken it is only a matter of time before Ken gets the win
I see Shawn Michaels retiring from the WWF and why? Because of his back injury which is pretty serious I mean it kept him out for 4 years anyway so which is why I see him and Triple H losing their Tag Team Match against Vader and Blackman especially because of the fact that Slaughter is in their corner but also Luna too and I can see Slaughter screwing both HBK and HHH especially after everything DX has done to him...plus with Shawn out Triple H can take over as leader of DX which is what happened after HBK went down with his back injury
Butterbean vs Mero in a Boxing Match I can see Sable getting involved here costing Mero the match somehow with Butterbean knocking out Mero
New Age Outlaws ever since becoming WWF Tag Team Champions they have managed to beat all comers which is why I can see them beating Cactus Jack & Chainsaw Charlie in their own environment in a Dumpster Match
NWA invasion I see Team WWF winning and why? Because it is a WWF PPV and no way NWA wins here at a WWF PPV no way that would ever happen
Hell in a Cell...Undertaker vs Kane instead of their match being a regular Singles match it is a Hell in a Cell Match I would have never have called this but this is the 2nd Hell in a Cell Match in this diary the first one being at Bad Blood when The Undertaker faced Stone Cold Steve Austin and now Taker is in Hell in a Cell again but this time against his own brother Kane with The Streak being on the line...7-0 or 6-1? I say The Streak goes to 7-0 Taker manages to finally beat his brother Kane one on one since in this diary Kane has managed to beat Taker time and time again Taker needs the win
WWF Championship...Bret "The Hitman" Hart defending his WWF Championship against Austin with Tyson as Special Guest Enforcer...I see a double cross in this match with Austin and Tyson screwing Bret and Vince with Tyson somehow double-crossing both Vince and Bret and Austin getting his WrestleMania moment by winning the title Austin is due in my opinion

RAW is WAR March 9th, 1998 Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry LawlerThe Super Fight is being promoted on the opening of RAW for Wrestlemania. Ken Shamrock is noted to have defeated "The Beast" Dan Severn in 1995, but lost the following year. Ken Shamrock and Dan Severn are seen at "contract signing" with Jim Cornette and Sgt. Slaughter and several members of the "press". They get "weighed in" for the Super Fight. The rules are simple, in a WWF ring, one must either submit or be knocked out. Shamrock and Dan exchange words, Cornette takes shots at Shamrock on the mic for being afraid of the Beast who just happens to be the NWA Heavyweight Champion of the World and the one guy who took down Kurgan the giant. They get in each others faces and promote this as the "final showdown" that'll only happen at Wrestlemania. Vader & Steve Blackman (w/Luna) def. The Headbangers via pinfall. DX was in the back watching the match, but don't get involved. Marc Mero (w/Goldust as "Sable") def. Brian Christopher via Knockout in the first round in a Boxing match. Mero shows off his ring work and says he's ready for the fat a$$ Butterbean. Cactus Jack & Chainsaw Charlie def. The Quebecers via pinfall. The New Age Outlaws after the match bring out trash cans and smash both Jack and Charlie with the cans. They start to beat them down. JR mentions that the New Age Outlaws were just so much trouble that Rick Rude left the WWF because of them. Triple H (c) (w/Chyna) def. Savio Vega via pinfall to retain the WWF European ChampionshipBarry Windham fought Owen Hart to a Double Countout after the NWA "invade" the WWF and run in to help Windham take down Owen. The Legion of Doom run out along with Bradshaw and start fighting off the NWA members cleaning house in the ring as RAW goes off air.

You are billing Shamrock and Severn as a Super Fight? Well yeah it is a Super Fight but I wonder if it will be in a traditional singles match that they face off or if it will be in an Octagon

RAW is WAR March 16th, 1998 Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler
Vince is in his office with his stooges. He tells them that he has Stone Cold Steve Austin where he wants him. Brisco tells Vince that they should weaken him for Bret. Vince likes the idea and has decided that next week on RAW, Austin will take on Dan Severn. The stooges laugh and suck up to Mr. McMahon. Ken Shamrock def. D-Lo Brown via submission
The Headbangers def The Rock n' Roll Express via DQ
Taka Michinoku (c) def. Bob Holly via pinfall to retain the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship
Chainsaw Charlie def. Billy Gunn (w/Road Dogg) via DQ
Triple H (c) (w/Chyna) def. Owen Hart via pinfall
Kane and Paul Bearer are in the ring. Paul: This is the moment the world has been waiting for, Wrestlemania XIV, my son Kane will triumph in the abomination that is the Hell in a Cell! O yess the time for revenge, the day we have been waiting for is almost here for my Kane has been waiting to avenge his mother's death, the same man who burned his face...the Undertaker! He will pay! Suddenly the arena goes dark, the Undertaker is hanging from a high rise platform.Taker: I will be the one who shall strike thee with my wrath! For far too long you have haunted me, you buried me in a casket! You have no mercy, no heart, no soul Kane because after I am done with thee, you will return to the firey pits of damnation! And when Wrestlemania XIV passes, the world will know me as the lord of darkness! Little brother, I felt your wrath, now you're going to feel mine....It's too late for you, the only thing left is to rest...in...peace Suddenly a lightening bolt strikes from the roof of the arena, a casket opens revealing a "Kane dummy" that bursts into flame! JR calls it the Effigy of Kane as RAW goes off air.

RAW is WAR March 23rd, 1998 Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry LawlerRAW opens with Steve Austin making his way to the ring to a pop and drinks a couple of beers. Austin: Later tonight on RAW I got a match against the Beast Dan Severn. True he's a fighter, took down a big guy like Kurgan, but dammit Stone Cold Steve Austin doesn't give a damn who it is or how much you've done because when you're in my ring you're bound to get an a$$ whoopin. So Mike Tyson thinks he can join forces with Bret Hart and Vince McMahon, well newsflash it doesn't bother me one bit. After I'm done opening up a can of whoop a$$ on the Hitman and become the WWF Champion at Wrestlemania, Stone Cold is open up a second can of whoop a$$ on Mike Tyson. Tyson I want you to bring your sorry a$$ into the ring so you can see what a beating looks like. As for you $hitman, I'm tired of all the sucking up to Vince McMahon. Here's a guy who whined and cried over the years that life was unfair dammit if life was fair son I'd be sipping on cold beers in a beach in Maui, while Vince McMahon goes back selling trash door to door because that's what he is a piece of trash and that's the bottom line because Stone Cold said so! Vince and his stooges walk out to meet with Austin.Austin: O look it's Moe Curly and what's that other one, Slobber? No that isn't it... Vince: Austin, you should just give it up now because I want to show the world what a real WWF Champion is. In fact after Wrestlemania is over, I have a brand new WWF Championship belt being designed, with more gold that will represent the future of the WWF. And guess what Austin, I will present that belt the next night after Wrestlemania, and the world knows it won't be you...but it will be Bret "the Hitman" Hart! Hart makes his way out to much heat and this time he has a suit and tie on! Fans shout "sell out" Vince: Look at that armani suit I bought for him, look at the Hitman. He is exactly what the WWF needs, he is the example for all WWF Superstars, he is a role model for all the little Hartamaniacs (Lawler laughs), as for you Stone Cold, after Wrestlemania is all over, when Mike Tyson ensures that Bret Hart walks out the WWF Champion, you're going straight to the bottom where you belong (laughs) Bret: There is a reason why he's called Stone Cold, it's because his stones are too cold to do anything about anything. Look at him he's a coward, he's afraid of me, he knows I'm the excellence of execution. Austin: Why don't you take that armani suit and tie and shove it up your a$$. Bret gets in Austin's face. Vince holds back Bret as the stooges run off. Austin: If you want me to stun the $hitman give me a hell ya! Bret runs out to much heat with Vince. Austin looks pissed and talks trash.Cactus Jack and Chainsaw Charlie def. The Quebecers via DQ

- Rock retains the WWF Intercontinental Championship beating Faarooq...all be it that he had help from the other Nation members Henry, D'Lo and Kama I thought that these 3 said they were staying neutral but it was a set up the whole time...now Faarooq is out of The Nation and Rock is still the champion and now the new leader I wonder what this means going forward?
- Butterbean knocking out Mero...well this was pretty much a Celebrity vs Wrestler match so of course the Celeb would go over in this match but it wasn't a regular match it was a Boxing Match...if it was a regular Singles Match Mero would have gone over but Sable walking off with Butterbean King was right Butterbean is a lucky ass bastard LMAO
- Ken Shamrock beating Dan The Beast Severn...well Shamrock finally beats the man who has haunted him his whole career and with that I wonder if their rivalry will continue after this?
- Cactus Jack and Chainsaw Charlie become the new WWF Tag Team Champions beating DX members The New Age Outlaws...I would have figured that Billy Gunn and Road Dogg would go over beating relative upstarts who have been on quite a roll but if this was a regular match The NOA would have gone over...this was a Dumpster Match

Shawn Michaels is retiring I see DX losing this match with Slaughter and Luna somehow screwing DX...either way this is the last we see of Michaels and Triple H will become the new leader of DX with Michaels going down with his back injury...Triple H becomes the new leader of the newly restructured DX with himself, Chyna, the New Age Outlaws and a returning X-Pac who I see returning on RAW the night after WrestleMania 14...X-Pac will do a shoot promo on WCW and he will say that if his brothers Kevin Nash and Scott Hall were not under contract with WCW as members of the nWo they too would also be in the ring with him...he will also shoot on Hogan and on Bischoff
- I wonder how many Tombstones it will take for Taker to beat Kane? I can see Kane kicking out of at least 2 of them and Taker kicking out of a Chokeslam and a Tombstone as well...because this Hell in a Cell Match will be brutal it will be physical it will be bloody and gruesome
- I wonder if Kane will tombstone Pete Rose before the Hell in a Cell Match?
- NWA will fail in their Invasion; Team WWF for the win any day of the week
- As for Tyson I can see him easily double crossing Vince and his Stooges and also double crossing Bret The Hitman Hart the WWF Champion...by revealing an Austin T shirt and Iron Mike knocking out both Vince and Bret
