Cornette would win. I don't care that Russo is bigger.
Russo will definitely not accept this challenge even though he does need the money. Since he definitely won't accept I say it's time for Cornette to make believe Russo doesn't exist. Russo usually says that he has no problem with Cornette, but based on what I hear, Russo's ire was definitely raised after what Cornette and Bischoff said on Table for 3. No Skype chats on Russo's "brand" podcast! Russo wants Cornette to meet him face to face on Skype. That won't do any good other than get more people to check out Vince's podcast and Jim would be a hypocrite to do that.

I will admit I listen to Vince Russo's podcasts sometimes because it's good to laugh at his stupidity and how he overemphasizes things. He thinks wwe sucks now because there is too much wrestling on the shows for his tastes. I laugh how sometimes he says "I could probably take that guy in a fight" referring to a wwe guy he doesn't think is believable. I don't think he can take Jim Cornette in a fight nevermind any wrestler big or small.

He said that recently about Jack Gallagher. Does he not know Gallagher is 2-0 in MMA and trained in catch wrestling? I would love to see Gallagher tie Vince Russo into knots. |

Because Russo had a hand in changing the 'wrasslin' business into the Attitude Era that a lot of fans look back on fondly and loved?? Jim Cornette can't get past the 80s when it comes to wrestling. I remember back in 2010, when Austin Aries was working for ROH, he called it "Ring of Smoky Mountain" because of how Jim Cornette was trying to run that company. Jim Cornette reminds me of someone who was badly dumped by their significant other, and goes on for years saying how much they hate that person still, even though it's been like 10 years. Eventually, we just have to grow up, Jim. Move on. If Russo bugs you, then don't talk to him, or about him. Simple as that. |

While SMW closed down, it happened during the time where the wrestling industry was in its transitional period. A lot of SMW's problems came from their talent being poached. They were pretty much the original developmental territory for WWE. Guys that came out of and got their first big break in SMW include: Kane, the Gangstas, Bob Holly, Al Snow, Chris Jericho, Lance Storm, Chris Candido, Sunny, Road Dogg, D'lo Brown, and Balls Mahoney. Russo is more than likely a pathological liar. We don't know what kind of sleazy things Russo did behind the scenes to really get under Cornette's skin. The worst thing people have to say about Cornette is that he is an out of touch bunghole, while people claim Russo ruined promotions and caused Owen Hart's death. And the best part of this is that Russo is saying that WWE chose him over Cornette. That happened in 1999 when they were butting heads, where WWE removed him from creative. However, Cornette was employed until 2005, while Russo lasted a day in WWE when he was rehired in 2002 because he was immediately demoted for his purposed awful main storyline (redoing the Invasion). WWE have turned him down every time he has offered to comeback. Cornette on the other hand, was brought in for the HoF and a Table for 3 where they cut a 90 minute conversation down to 20 minutes, where they kept Cornette and Bischoff taking a nice big dump on Russo. Cornette is conspicuously in WWE's good graces for them to take Russo over him. |

I mean you clean up the profanity ,and those promos could air all over. And sell out a show. I don't know if its a credit to both mens ability to envelop the listener/viewer....or a scathing indictment of today's sterile product. Either way, its entertaining stuff. Lol

Its like watching a car crash ...repeatedly....that i can't look away from. These two are the best feud in all of wrestling right now. I mean you clean up the profanity ,and those promos could air all over. And sell out a show. I don't know if its a credit to both mens ability to envelop the listener/viewer....or a scathing indictment of today's sterile product. Either way, its entertaining stuff.
