I'm thinking about ordering some figs from toys r us online. Has anyone purchased from them before? Do the packages come smashed to hell? I'm a MOC collector...

I've heard good and bad shipping stories from almost every retailer. Idk if TRU is guilty of it or not, but I've heard of some places shipping single elite boxes in large padded envelopes rather than boxes, so it might be a good idea to order at least 2 figures to ensure they come in a box.

One figure is usually in a padded envelope. Multiple figures usually come in a box. But as far as padding goes it varies. I have had boxes with no padding, boxes with bubble wrap and boxes shipping paper.

I think you just need to buy at least more than one and it's packaged better

I ordered the first DM Flair from there and it came in a box but was extremely smashed

I ordered the Network Spotlight Vince McMahon (had I waited a week, he would have been in stores) and I had no problems

One time the post man runned over my randy orton action figure i got from toys r us Online but it was after i took it out the package
