It's awesome to see your love of Hogan. I think it's a crying shame that Mattel wont make another Hogan figure.

Everything about this was awesome! Thanks for putting so much time into it to entertain us. What a great way to showcase your figures.
That Hogan figure looks great. Especially the head scan. His legs look somewhat stocky in the pics. Is that how they really are or do the pics just make them seem that way?

Haha awesome stuff dude!!! Great skit too and great finish! I just opened mine up too and I absolutely love it!! The only nitpicks I have would be the difficulty of getting the weightbelt back on (though I will try the torso pop trick) and how it's kinda tricky to get the crotch piece (lol) to look symmetrical. Not exactly a flaw as much as it's a personal annoyance, but I found my OCD insisting that it looked perfect. But the sculpt, scale, and accessories make this a must buy. And my god, the paint is phenomenal! The skin tone and face alone are impressive, but those boots are insane! Lastly, the articulation is so top notch. And that's essentially the sacrifice of losing a solid lower torso in favor of the legs/hips being covered by a hollow rubber piece. It may take a bit to futz around with aesthetically, but the flexible nature of that section allows for full range of motion. Now bring on Hulk still Rules! U know he's gotta be in the works. I'd buy that too. My only real complaint is the belt and the boas. I like mattels plastic ones better and would like a belt made of harder plastic.

Yea these pics take a good amount of time but they are def fun to do. His legs are a little stock. The proportions aren't too bad but it looks weird when u compare it with Mattel. They are just 2 diff figs.

The figure is the the same height as Mattel Hogan but the legs are shorter and the torso longer. It doesn't help if the crotch diaper sags either making his legs look even shorter. I don't say this as a complaint because I really do like this figure. The head alone is worth the price of admission - I've never in m 30 plus years of collecting toys seen a more lifelike representation in plastic and paint... not even the McFarlane toys which are usually spot on.

Agreed especially at a 6 inch scale. A lot of these import figs have weird skin tones or faces. They killed this head.

Happy for those who wanted it, looks nice (even if the arms are way too roided up for Hogan from that era). I used to be a huge Hogan fan but I'm really gonna need a more thorough and sincere apology from him for the racist comments before I buy any of his merch again.

Kmowing how much he wanted a Hollywood Hogan figures I pictured him dressed up like Hollywood (like in that first pic of him meeting Hulk) pacing around his house like a caged tiger waiting for the Mailman as soon as he saw RSC had them in stock. lol And other than the free floating crotch piece the figure really is nice. If that crotch piece was secured to the body and his calves and wrists were thinner the figure would be perfect.

A complaint I'm going to level - the hands. He actually has a hard time holding the nWo big gold, keeps falling out of his hands.
