I got the figure too and I love it. Better than I thought I would! It's like something between Mattel and Jakks in terms of bulk, with TONS more detail!
Does anyone know, do the boots turn like Mattel? Mine are stuck and I am not about to force them, but I was curious of they are supposed to.

All these pics of Hogan lets hope this knocks some sense into Mattel and if/when they do make Hogan they dont give him that stupid ripped borderline cruiserweight torso that they gave his HOF figure.

There is no boot rotation but the feet do move up and down. Also has a slight ankle pivot.

Thanks! Glad I didn't try too hard! I gotta hope this is not the only Hogan figure Storm makes! I would love to see a Hulk Still Rules version from the Undisputed Champion run!

Thanks! Glad I didn't try too hard! I gotta hope this is not the only Hogan figure Storm makes! I would love to see a Hulk Still Rules version from the Undisputed Champion run! If they do that Hogan, they won't be able to do the belt (that's a WWE license). But that's okay if you already have it. I won't buy anymore Storm wrestling figs unless they fix the floating crotch piece. Nearly ruins an otherwise perfect figure. To me it drops it from A+ to B- (along with the rolling up shirt and difficult weight belt). It's a nice holdover until we get Mattel's version one day. But I don't exactly consider Hollywood Hogan *checked* off my list. EDIT: I think one reason this fig is getting so much praise is because we knew a Hollywood Hogan was eminent and then it got taken away. So Storm comes along and gives us what we've clamored for. I think that fact alone is why so many rate this figure so high. I think if we look at it out of the context of Hulk's situation, then it's easier to give it a fairer rating. I think a "B" is fair considering the problems the figure comes with. It does have an A+ face sculpt/scan and paint job. The boot logo should say "nWo" instead of "Hogan" but that's alright. It's a solid figure, but not "figure of the year." IMO

The shirt is the only low point for me, I will give you that. I am looking for an nWo shirt that will fit him. I learned a way to fix the belt so the waist doesn't bother me much, unless I really want to display it without it. Otherwise it's a very solid figure. The face sculpt is miles beyond what Mattel could give us.

They wouldn't be able to do belts or shirts without WWE's permission or something like that and the figure would cost 40-45.. Would love for them to do a Mr T figure or something like that with clothes, chains and boxing gloves. Not sure how much that would go over though.

It's a solid figure, but not "figure of the year." IMO Oh, it's far from perfect . The shirt, the hands don't hold things too well, the boas are kind of wonky, the weightlifter belt ,and of course the floating crotch of death. That said, I still think it's a great figure. The headsculpt is perfect, the body type is much better than Mattels, who, either had Hogan as super cut or square ape, when he was somewhere in between. And I have to say the skin tone is the perfect tan fro him. Just look at him next to a Mattel Hogan, or better yet, the Mattel Hogan parts they planned to use for the DM Hollywood. The upper half of my custom is a HOF figure. The differences in skin tone are astounding. Attachment DeletedI'd give the figure a solid B to B+ .

Knew you would get this. Did you get the first one (red/yellow) also? If so how is the skin holding up? I am never a fan of the skeleton frame covered by rubber skin. Any I have had (Jakks WWE and Mattel's TDK figure) both had the skin start cracking over time. Plus they were dust magnets. Looks good, but I just wish it was hard plastic parts instead of the rubber skin.
