If Kurt Angle had never left WWE back in 2006 to go to TNA and have the run of his career in TNA until his retirement and he had stayed a WWE guy and had stayed in WWE how different do you think Kurt Angle's career would have been had he stayed from 2006 to today which programs would he have had? How many more WWE or World Title reigns do you think Angle would have had had he stayed?

He probably would of retired in 2007 or so, because one of the reasons he left was because of the work schedule. Him being in TNA with a light work schedule pretty much made him stay in wrestling a lot longer. I gotta give him major respect though, because he's one of the few guys along with Kane who haven't stopped wrestling since the attitude era until now.

I think he would have retired. He might have gotten the ECW championship at some point but that's about it.

They sent Kurt to ECW too during the last 3 months of his WWE career, so that probably didn't help him want to stay with the WWE either.
You have to wonder in general about that new ECW and how it would have turned out if Angle had stayed, or if RVD never got busted with dope on him. I am willing to bet RVD vs. Kurt Angle for the ECW Title would have happened at SummerSlam.

I'm glad he did go because we wouldn't have gotten all those insane quality outings in TNA with Joe, McGuinness, Styles, Jarrett etc etc etc.
Things were at an impass between him and Vince in 2006......it was gonna go downhill one way or the other.

Hopefully he would've had more classics with Taker. He and Edge would've had great matches too.

I could see him retiring around 2008 in this reality. I feel like having reknewed feud with Edge (since they never feuded with Edge under the Rated R) would of been real nice! Also we may have had some more Beniot/Angle matches before the Beniot ordeal. Angle and a rookie Cm Punk? Angle/Umaga? Angle/Lashely? some very good matches could of happened.
