So if Warrior hadn't left after Summerslam '91, what would've been the plan for him? A possible match with Flair once he came to the WWF? What would he do at Mania VIII? A Mania VI rematch with Hogan? Mania VII rematch with Savage? What was the game plan had he not gotten fired?

Probably would've continued his feud with Jake Roberts and Undertaker. Likely would've gotten the Ultimate Maniacs a year earlier.

The plan as far as I know was for him to feud with Jake going into the fall that year with Sid being involved heading into the SSeries. As far as early 92 is concerned that's anybody's guess. He would've been in the Rumble for sure and maybe a match with Papa Shango at WM 8.

he wrestled Taker in body bag matches up to SS91, prob woulda continued that and then matches with Jake Roberts. matches vs Sid woulda prob been in the picture as well. really sucks, him in the RR92 with Hulk, Piper, Savage, Flair, Taker, Sid woulda been AWESOME! Warrior & Mr Perfect were the big 2 missing from that rumble.

While I understand the reason it's a shame how much star power left wwf in 12-18 months.

I would have loved to see him and Sid lead the line for a bit, as well as the Undertaker. Will always look back at those years wondering what could have been if Warrior stayed.

I think that he continues the feud more so with Jake and macho doesn't come out of retirement because warrior would of been in the spot (which I think may have been the plan all along), biten by snake, matches at tuesday in Texas, survivor series, etc.

According to Warrior's biography (published by WWE Books), he wasn't actually fired. He was indefinitely suspended. A common misconception.

He would have feuded with Jake Roberts up until the Royal Rumble area I would think.
Warrior, LOD and Bossman vs. Snake, Disasters and IRS probably would have been the Survivor Series match. But Sid Justice took Warrior's spot.
I do know that Jake Roberts was set to wrestle Bret Hart at SummerSlam 92 for the IC Title. But when Snake left at WM 8 that changed. And I am glad it did, I think Bret vs. Jake wouldn't have been that great actually. Bret vs. Bulldog on the other hand was great!

One things for sure....If Vince has Warrior around in good standing? he has a viable option to take the title off Flair at WM8 when the Hogan thing didn't pan out.

He would have continued to run to the ring, go nuts, have horrible matches and be hated by virtually everyone backstage.

Had he stayed, I think we would have seen main event pairings of warrior/roberts, sid/taker, and hogan/flair.
Where does Savage go from there? Is his return held off for much later, or even at all? Do Sid and Taker still turn respectively? Does Taker get his short title run?
Sids injury plays a big part in this too at the time

I wanna say someone here said that Bret had to carry practically the whole match. It was and is still a good match. Just curious.

Bret talked about that too in the Timeline of the WWF 1992, that Davey was all messed up from smoking illegal stuff that rhymes with 'track' for days with The Anvil.

Damn I thought it was pills or at the very least oil-based "propane"(see what I did there?). Jesus that puts a whole new perspective on that match.

Yeah I am pretty sure I remember watching Bret in an interview saying how Davey boy was all messed up in that match and almost seriously injured Bret least twice. Once when he set him on the top turnbuckle and another time when one of them went over the top rope to the other outside on the floor.

Yeah, I agree, I don't think Bret Vs Jake would have looked right for some reason. Both obviously awesome but quite different. I always enjoyed Jakes feuds with Macho Man, personally.

That reminds me of one of my favourite Survivor Series teams - Warrior, LOD and Texas Tornado! Their match up against the team of Mr Perfect and the Demolition trio...
