If this is true, and Cena didn't like how Dolph worked, how does this mean he has a big ego? The fact that Dolphs sarcastic ass couldn't help but make a joke about taking Cena's five moves not too long after this didn't exactly help. Ha I loved that he joked about Super Cena.... And I'm sure loved essentially going no where because of it.

Not sure Cena should be assessing anyone's abilities.

B.S considering Dolph beat him for the MITB briefcase and then Dolph cashed in the case to win.. Obviously Cena won the feud, heels rarely win the feuds, especially if it's with Cena. Only heels to ever close feuds with Cena since 2006, with them winning are Edge and JBL. Wasnt this the feud with AJ Lee? I remember hearing Cena wanted to work with Ziggler, and I remember thinking the matches were pretty damn good.. Assuming this is correct, then maybe its Cena to blame for Sami Zayns crappy booking. Can we really blame Big Match John for them having no idea what to do with Sami when they had one match two years ago?

Cena's probably one of the many people that think Dolph works to fast.

the problem with stuff thats "reported" like this is that we ONLY get the one direct/straight forward part of the story. none of us are backstage at every WWE show, none of us hang out with wrestlers, none of us know what goes on behind the scenes every single day. but this stuff gets written or said by people in a way that generates all kinds of heat with wrestling fans because all these podcasters, and bloggers, and former employees know EXACTLY how to get the IWC riled up in a frenzy. because people will read or hear this and automatically just go "oh cena's such an bunghole! see he clearly is politicking his way through the business and how dare he bury anyone like that! i would never....." nobody actually stops to think about things logically, they just see "ziggler buried by cena" as a performer in the WWE YOUR SAFETY is in the hands of another person. (see: Nakamura/Cena 1) it takes both people to know what the they are doing and are going to do. they are trained to communicate in an INSTANT, and sometimes things just go wrong. its perfectly within Cena's right to not be happy with the way a guy is working a match he's in. i bet dozens of guys in the past have been pissed at the way Cena's done things....and it's pretty much the same thing with every single guy on the roster. It doesn't matter what we think of him personally....Cena is the #1 guy, he has been for a LONG time. It's always going to be like that, wrestling is like life with classes and hierarchies. Sometimes you just have to understand your place.

Didn't Dolph win that feud though? Lol No. No, he didn't. I'm pretty sure it ended with Cena going over him in a cage match, despite Ziggler having help from both Big E and AJ. I remember Dolph winning the ladder match and then that kind of being it. Guess I missed a random episode of raw or something .

Dolph was a fantastic heel and red hot at the time, The only time Dolph was a fantastic heel was in the Spirit Squad. The feud discussed here was during his terrible "hey internet, pop for me" heel run.

I thought this was pretty noteworthy when I was listening to the interview, mostly because it lines up with what we've heard about Ziggler over the last year or so - good worker who doesn't really "get it."
Also, Eck definitely wasn't insinuating that Cena buried Ziggler, like, at all. People are taking that way out of context. Eck is a straight shooter and really insightful.
