This is the only picture I've seen of Hall wearing the tights. WWE.com did release sketches at one point and the sketch showed the character wearing them.

That Razor pic looks to be done at a Superstars of Wrestling Challenge taping too. It had to be 1992 or early 1993. Maybe Razor had a groin pull injury and chose to wear tights for a bit?? I know wrestlers will do that if that happens.

I know he made his debut on Superstars a few weeks before SSlam 92 and he was wearing his traditional trunks. That pic had to be a dark match.
