Kevin Sullivan works with Matt Tremont regularly. I was lucky enough to be backstage at a show with Kevin for one of Matt's shows. Matt is a humble promoter who doesn't put himself over any of the other "boys" whether on the show or behind the scenes. And for as many years as he's been in wrestling, Kevin is so humble and treats the other wrestlers as equals. He's like that older school teacher/college professor who's been around for years, has more knowledge than everyone in the room combined yet treats the "students" (indy wrestlers, in this case) with reverence. Matt also works with Shane Douglas regularly and Shane is definitely a lot kinder, more gentle man than he portrays in the shoots. He truly cares about wrestling and wrestlers.
