jakks deluxe aggression biceps

i've started collecting this year and for the most part i enjoy what mattel has done with their elite figures. but every time i come across a jakks deluxe aggression figure there's something great about that line. my only issue is the size of the biceps for most of the figures. they have great headscans and bodies but he bicep always looks gigantic. I was curious if any of you have made attempts to shrink them just a little bit or if it's even possible to make them smaller? a lot of them like booker t or jeff hardy look great except for the big biceps. any response is appreciated!
