My apologies if I've missed something here, but what is the deal with the retros? Will these 4 not be available in stores? If they are exclusives to ringside then I'll gladly buy them. But good one charging 16-17 dollars if these are in stores for 10 dollars. I've never preordered something so im just hoping to find some info on these.

Were all waiting for that information. This preorder came out of the blue with no prototypes shown or further info. I did order 3 Goldbergs though to be safe, may still be worth paying a bit more and not enduring endless and fruitless trips to Walmart.

I'm yet to bite the bullet on these yet, mainly due to never have bought anything from them beforehand being unsure of possible import charges here in the U.K. If anyone can shed any light in this I'd be most grateful! I'm a little more confident we'll get these over here eventually as the line becomes more established. It really is hit and miss. I have generally been okay when buying a single figure, but I did get hit with a £22 customs charge for my two authentic scale steel cages. I would say the chances of getting hit are pretty high if ordering all four figures at once. I am going to hold off until we find out exactly what these are. If they are RSC exclusives I will order. But if they are series 3 (or part of it) I will hold off until they are £8.99 each in Smyths. Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I think I'll do the same as well. It's strange that they haven't stated that these are or aren't Series 3 yet. I wonder if it's as they have plans to add others to the line or something? |

By obscure, I'm looking at King Lawler, Shamrock, Outsiders, Pillman, Mabel, Ahmed Johnson, The Patriot, Faarooq... As much as I'd love these. Maybe a few of the others get a figure, though! I'm not so sure the Outsiders are an (pun) outside shot though. If anything, I'd see them all doing a WCW Nash first to drive the Orange Card Diesel enthusiasts bonkers lol. Haha! I think we're all hoping for Diesel at least from this line, who knows! If there is a research team, they'd surely be looking at what the fans want! They'd also be looking at what sells as well I guess. Time will tell. |

If I was based in the States, I would probably have bitten the bullet with these 4 like most on here, however, I'm happy to wait on these until we actually have some decent info or pictures. I'm hoping they're a bit of a teaser for something more to be honest. |

I like the idea of new characters in the Hasbro style, but I'd also like a few guys from the older eras, too, that maybe didn't get a figure or had a poorly made one (Flair). I'm sure they can cater for all though as they seem to be doing plenty of current guys. |

Just a note for my fellow U.K. collectors, I have had an email back from Smyths Toys and they have informed me that they don't currently have any plans to stock these new Retro figures, whether they are Series 3 or whatever. This may change I guess but that's the current situation. Maybe they are a RSC exclusive.

You know, Mattel REALLY needs to stop with this exclusive stuff when it comes to this line. Put em in different stores. It's going to hurt them in the long run.

IMO, these will all start to be regular releases. It will come down to if stores want to stock another WWE product though.

It will come down to if stores want to stock another WWE product though. Yeah, I agree. I contacted RSC regarding whether these were exclusive or not, amongst other queries. They didn't answer that question so take what you want from that. They did confirm that these were Series 3, though, as I know there was a little confusion with this on here. |

Why do the prices keep fluctuating on these retros? Now Goldberg is back up and is actually cheaper than the price I paid for preorder. If I ordered the first day they were up, will they end up giving me the lowest price advertised going forward?

Why do the prices keep fluctuating on these retros? Now Goldberg is back up and is actually cheaper than the price I paid for preorder. If I ordered the first day they were up, will they end up giving me the lowest price advertised going forward? The Pre-Order shipment is being overnighted from the factory. Goldberg is now on back-order, that is a later shipment that is not overnighted from the factory. |
