Bulldog Brower tattoos?

This one's gonna take some old school support! I am working on a Bulldog Brower custom, and every photo I've found of him gives an idea of the tattoos he has on his arms, without great clarity.  Videos online are even worse.  From what I can tell, he seems to have had an eagle, perhaps, on his left arm? The upper right looks like a sword with (snakes, flowers?) wrapped around it, with some unusual designs on the lower right. I figured I'd see if anybody has anything they can remember in some old Wrestling Revue mags or somethin'.  Otherwise, I'll have to make it up a bit and call it close enough!
