what does mean which the blue rope is top and the red on the bottom or is is they just on the wrong way around by mistake?

Red's on the top, Whites the middle rope and blue's the bottom rope

The only time I recall blue on top and red on the bottom was a MSG house show in June 91 in which I always assumed was just a goof on their part.

I think it's pretty obvious why it usually went red, white and then blue. Probably cause of the USA flag. Red, white and blue. That was always my assumption on it.
Though I do know on a SNME show from Florida, I wanna say the ropes were red, white and blue, but then they changed them half way through the show. My guess is when they do that it's because the top rope broke so they put it on the bottom since nobody ever uses it.

bigger question for me is, when are we going to step back into Red/White/Blue ropes. Nice the inception of HD-tv we've been forced to watch all-red, all-white, and all-blue ropes because they claim it shows up better in HD. And for a long time, TV shows and PPVs only had white ropes, they couldn't be bothered.

I would love for them to go back to the red, white and blue ropes. I am not a fan of the show specific ropes they do now for RAW and SD.
