I've never ordered from RSC since I've been fortunate at finding all the figs I want at retail. How is the shipping and packaging with RSC during shipping has anyone ever received WWE elites from them in mint condition without getting them with bows, creases, or bent corners of the figures boxes or are they good about securely shipping them.

I live in the UK and have ordered maybe around 5 times from RSC. Can honestly say every item has been received in PERFECT condition every time.

Usually they come in pretty nice. If you are an MOC collector like me then it's always a risk ordering online but I find the figure boxes are usually less beat up coming from ringside. I have received many elites from them in perfect condition but also there has been some not so good times too. There is an option for MOC collectors to pay a little extra for ringside to pick out the better specimens they have or you can have your figure shipped in a figure defender case.

I've ordered most of the RSC exclusives to the uk from ringside and they've always turned up mint
The boxes they send them in are perfect size for the elite figs and are very sturdy so you shouldn't have a problem
If you ever do get any problems they are always happy to help with returns etc

Been hit and miss for me. Ordered a few times, but in one shipment, they were pretty much all banged up, which was frustrating.

I'm strictly a moc collector and I have ordered a lot from ringside over the years and never had a problem. I always feet the defender cases now, which obviously helps with damage. My retail around where I live is terrible so ringside is my go to.

Ordered twice off RSC in the past two months, can't really fault anything by them, boxes were perfect condition and arrived in the UK in little under a week

ANy newer items I have ordered have been great. If you pick up something that's probably been in the warehouse awhile - it can be hit or miss. Always tons of packing paper in the box.

They've always come in perfect condition, though I ordered a Scott Hall (RSE) in the past that came with some bent corners.

I've been ordering from RSC for about 10 years & I've never had an issue with them. I've always gotten mint condition packages and figures or I wouldn't still be a customer.

99% of time everything from RSC comes perfect, that 1% is usually the PO fault. And I order fro RSC literally on a weekly basis lol

I believe it was $23 but given the improved exchange rate I'd say it's unlikely to be hit with customs fees if you're only purchasing one figure.

Thanks for all the positive replies everyone! Our warehouse team works very hard to make sure your order arrives safely. We keep track of how many damage complaints we get each month and thankfully it is very minimal. If anything does happen during transit just e-mail cs@ringsidecollectibles.net and we would be more than happy to help fix it.

I thought the process was to make a new thread complaining about your damaged package if something occurs during transit.
