I debated collecting these when series 1 came out and didn't pick them up. Figured maybe I'd get one or two here and there but honestly I Am beyond glad I didn't. This set looks awful. The same jump action like others have said has been done 4 times already.

Goldberg with the jumping action is most likely made for kids to do the spear. So it makes sense in that way.

Ok. I am one of those people here who will look at the positive in mostly everything. I have tried to put the fact that I'm an adult collector after my childhood of playing with my wrestling figures. But my take from this is that Mattel looks to have 3 actions for these Retro sets. I mean as someone who played with Hasbro figures back in the day, I can take having Rollins have the jumping action. But Goldberg? I mean at least they could of gave him the Kevin Owens action.

These have got to be fakes right? Awful looking other than AJ and terrible attire choices.

Glad Goldberg was on back-order. Ordered the other 3 and didn't want to wait a month to get in Goldberg and hold up my order. The Rollins jumping action doesn't bother me as much. I think it's kinda fitting. AJ and Dean look great. Looks like I'm gonna have to start thinking about custom bodies for Goldberg.

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion and I respect yours. I also agree that the rest of the line-up is good, but what do you honestly like about that Goldberg? I don't like dwelling on the negatives with anything really, but I can't find any redeemable qualities about this figure. It's poorly executed and inaccurate. With head scans, you can't make everybody happy. Same goes for torso preferences. I'll even disregard the missing tattoos since most Hasbro figures didn't have any either. However, the guy has worn gloves in every match since he debuted in WCW over twenty years ago. There is no excuse for that. Goldberg is probably the hardest guy to screw up. Black trunks, black boots & pads and black gloves. Incredibly simple, not asking for much.

I guess the only positive, which actually is a negative, is that Mattel is making the same mistakes that Hasbro did. Is making Goldberg a jumper any more ridiculous than making Warrior a jumper?

I see why they made him a jumper. It is so you can launch him sideways into his opponent to do a spear. It makes sense even if he should have a power move.

Goldberg could have been the first figure to have the perfect/hulka plex move! I think that would have suited him perfectly. All four of these are an easy pass for me. I am hoping that the other two (surely there is going to be six right?) will be classic guys.

With Gloves that Goldberg would have been passable just about! The others three although a little plain look ok!

I dk why I thought Goldberg was gonna be a WCW version. That was dumb of me. Lol. Glad I didn't pre-order him.

You'd have his true finisher, and probably a better torso build. Well that I 100% agree with, but I was just going with actions we have already have from the retro series already. And Owens, and Roman are so far the only two that have their own actions. Everyone else is either clothesline, body slam, AA, or jumping actions

Yet another Mattel line slowly heading down the drain. Goldberg and Rollins are such major disappointments for me.

is everyone also overlooking the fact that goldberg doesnt even have gloves lol this is pretty bad and im a huge mark for hasbros. i was rly hoping for more color choices but it seems everything is sticking to black. youd think lowering the number of figs to four theyd produce better ones. goldberg def shouldnt be a jumper.

I was completely on board and excited about these since they were announced. But I’ve soured on that tremendously since. The first series was okay, but I was happy to get them. Then the way they were released was extremely weird. I had the whole series, only to see (and buy) Taker ONCE. Now I haven’t even seen series 2 in person in my area at all. Yet the pegs are still filled with Cenas and Brock’s from the first series. These were hard to find at first and then they were EVERYWHERE. Not the whole series though, just Cenas and Brock’s. There’s even one Walmart near me with all Warriors. Like 25 of them.
Now with series 3 they only have four figures in the series, the insistence on doing characters that lack any kind of color, and on top of that Goldberg is TERRIBLE. As much as it sucks to say, I might be done with this series completely. Out of series 3 the only one I REALLY want is AJ.
