Does any know what to Mel phillps? and there was another male announcer but I cant remember his name sometimes they were on the wrestlefest, Supertape etc videos

Do you mean what ever happened to Mel Phillips? He was fired after strong sexual allegations about him & other office workers came to light.
The other ring announcers at the time were Joe McHugh, Frank Chrzanowski, Howard Finkel, Gary Michael Cappetta, Gene Okerland, Norm Kimber, Mike McGuirk, Bill Anderson, Freddie Miller, Lance Wright and there could be others.

I think Bill Dunn was around from late 1993-1995. I know he did King of the Ring and I think a few other PPVs. He was alright but nothing real memorable. I only really remember him saying Lou "Al-bon-o" which is probably the correct pronunciation of Lou's last name but everyone called him "Al-ban-o" so it just made Dunn seem like he didn't know how to say it correctly.
I'm guessing Bill Dunn was Vince going for a "younger" face and trying to phase out Fink when of course, Fink is the very best of the best.
