I got the new AJ Styles Elite at Toys R Us this morning, only to encounter a significant problem that I am HOPING has a fix. His left hand feels like it's going to fall of very soon. It doesn't feel "loose" like the Samoa Joe elite, it feels like its been glued on. When I turn the hand, it just returns to its normal position. I can see that the peg of the hand wants to come out. If there are any fixes or you would like more details, let me know. Thanks peeps!

Yeah, pop in some hot water for a minute, take the hand out completely, put it back in. Probably just some wet paint getting the joint stuck.

I usually use a hair dryer for 10+ seconds, it makes it more flexible, less likely to break if it's just gummed up with paint, I had to do it the other day with BP48 HBK because his waist wouldn't move.

Sometimes this works for me:
Push the hand down/into the peghole. Then pull it away from the peghole gently. Repeat a couple of times and it can free up any sticking.

You probably messed up the stem if you have been twisting it. It is probably stretched or tearing now. So I would heat the hand with a hairdryer for a minute or two to pop the hand & stem out of the forearm. Then I would pop the hand of the stem and replace the stem, but it sounds like you don't customize so you probably don't have spare stems. But that is how I would fix it.

If you run it under hot water the peg should loosen up and fix the problem. As long as the peg hasn't been broken inside of the wrist hole or warped it it should be fine. It's probably just. Excess glue or paint That's limiting articulation.

I'm curious , does it comes with ball jointed hip? I am going to guess no seeing it looks to use the same parts as his past Elites. And none of the figures with those thighs have gotten ball jointed hips.

Wish the hands weren't floppy on some of the basic figures especially the Stings
