Need help with photo sharing on the board

Hi, I really haven't used these boards much in the past few years, and used to use photobucket, which isn't an option now. I opened a flickr account, but cannot figure out how to share pics from Flickr on here. Can anyone break it down for me, or suggest a better alternative to photobucket?
