As usual, there are many members on this forum who attend WrestleMania. Here is a thread dedicated to discussing our trips as well as for those who have questions about the WM process when it comes to travel packages, events like Axxess, and the several shows that week.
Travel packages are currently available and individual tickets go on sale Nov. 17th.

Man WWEs website is awful. Took a half hour of crashing before I got my package. Any thoughts on which hotel they are putting people up at for the travel package ?

I wish they would announce the hotel, it's an important part of the package. I don't care what the star rating is or anything, I just want to know the location. I spend most of the week at Axxess, so a hotel near the convention center is a huge plus. One of the Wrestle Con hotels is right across the street from Axxess and would be great for me, but I like the ease and perks of the Travel Packages.

People are speculating that they will use the same hotels offered for WM 30, assuming WWE's experience went well with them. It took us an hour to get our packages ordered because their payment system was not working. It was so terrible, there was no excuse for it.

Between the two of us me and my dad tried probably 100 times to buy them over the course of an hour and finally got them. Oh well. Just glad to have them and be going.

Amazing that at a time when attendance is so low, WWE continues to increase the ticket/travel package prices more and more.

Amazing that at a time when attendance is so low, WWE continues to increase the ticket/travel package prices more and more. Everyone wants to be there, man! They go to awesome cities every year so its easy to talk a non-wrestling family member into going to a place like Miami or New York City. WM Weekend was the best time I've ever had this year and I can't wait for next year's weekend as well.

I had the same issues when I did Summerslam travel packages in February. Only issue was every time I tried to cash out, they hit my credit card even though it said it didn't go through. I had 20k worth of charges on my Amex, and had to call WWE to have them cancel the extra packages.

Sounds like there were tons of issues with their site crashing during the package sale. They put something up on twitter saying it was fixed, only to yank it because it wasn't.

How much have packages gone up by? WM32 the silver package for 2 people was 1500 each. This year it was 2150. You have to factor in that Dallas has an enormous stadium so the tickets were cheaper. Also the package is now 5 nights because of SD Live now being included .

Amazing that at a time when attendance is so low, WWE continues to increase the ticket/travel package prices more and more. That's the thing... WWE thinks they can make it all up in one night, but the small shows that hold the company together and pay the bills each of the other 300 nights a year they struggle to fill. If they could try increasing the attendance to these shows by even 10% it'd blow their Mania figures out of the water.

That's too hard, lets just run a few more shows and raise the ticket prices. It worked last quarter *Live Events Live Event revenues increased 10% to $31.6 million from $28.6 million in the prior year quarter. Increased revenue from the staging of 14 additional events worldwide and an increase in average ticket prices was partially offset by a decrease in average attendance. There were 96 total events (excluding NXT) in the current quarter, consisting of 89 events in North America and 7 events in international markets, as compared to 82 events in the prior year quarter, including 71 events in North America and 11 in international markets. North American live event revenues increased 22% to $26.4 million primarily due to the staging of 18 additional events in North America and a 5% increase in average ticket price to $53.11. Partially offsetting this growth, average attendance declined 8% to approximately 4,900, due in part to changes in the mix of venues. International live event revenues were $5.2 million as compared to $7.0 million in the prior year quarter. The staging of four fewer events during the quarter and a 17% decline in average attendance to approximately 6,800 fans were partially offset by a 48% increase in average ticket price to nearly $107. The year-over-year changes in average attendance and ticket prices were due, in part, to changes in the mix of venues and territories.

If WWE had reasonable priced tickets for TV & PPVs I'd go anytime they were within driving distance of me. I mean hell, I paid 100 each to sit second row at Unforgiven 2008 and at the 2014 Rumble I paid $65 to sit in the lower 100 level. I looked for Raw tickets in another arena a couple months ago, the same general lower bowl, $115??? I don't want to sound like the "back in my day" man, but for real things used to be reasonable. WWE usually puts on a good live show but the prices they charge now are asinine.

But if you put out a good product, offer reasonable tickets, it allows the show to sell out. Guess what, the more people you have the more merchandise you can sell as well.

I think I paid like $1200 for a 1 person silver package to WM28. Times have definitely changed.
