The Truth and Pacman d. Sting and Kurt Angle for the Tag Team straps... which will start off a Sting/Angle program.
Kurt Angle retains the X-Division Title against Jay Lethal in a quick match.
Backstage, Angle says he is good enough to beat Abyss THREE times tonight. He puts on all three belts (X, TNA, and IWGP) in a 2/3 falls match.
-Angle d. Abyss in the first fall for the IWGP Title.
-Abyss d. Angle in the second fall for the X-Division Title.
-Angle d. Abyss in the third fall for the World Title with help from Sting.
I think it would be incredible to have Sting heel against Angle... and put the X-Division Title on Abyss. I loved his feuds in the past with smaller wrestlers like Styles. He could do a lot of good things for the title (feuding with Joe, Daniels, Lethal, whoever).
It's a strange idea, yes... but how cool would it be to see Abyss with that title?
