Hey guys just have a quick question, what would you do in my situation?

I have an Xbox One S but unfortunately there's only about 30 GB left on it. I want to pick up some new games but that can't be done unless I buy an external hard drive. A 2TB should run me about 80 bucks.

I've been debating back and forth on if it's worth spending the money expanding my Xbox memory or if I should go for a PS4. Kohl's has the 1TB for 200 bucks on Black Friday with getting 60 bucks back in Kohls cash.

I really want Crash Bandicoot and SpiderMan coming in 2018 so that would be a big reason to get a PS4. But at the same time I just wonder if it's worth it because it would require another Online subscription as well. Throw some opinions at me.

I had a similar situation recently. Ran out of space on my 500GB PS4 so I bought the Pro.

Do you want to keep the Xbox as well? You could sell that and make a decent amount back to cover some of the cost of a new console. Those two games you mentioned are both PS4 exclusive so if you really want them, I'd suggest getting a PS4. Especially around this time of year when prices are going to be fairly low.

Its a bit of an inconvenience to have to delete games just to play new ones, especially if you swap between games constantly.

There hasn't been a game that I've wanted to play on XBONE, but I'm glad I have the PS4 so I can play Horizon, Uncharted, share my account with my PS3, Vita, etc. I am completely PlayStation bias.
