Dusty Rhodes is pushing hard for a role as the ECW commissioner. Sources indicate that there is a 50/50 chance of this happening. If Rhodes were to get the ok from management, ECW would then be awarded with a heel General Manager. Rhodes would then come in and feud with the GM of ECW. If this were to happen, he would be awarded with an on-air talent contract along with his creative contract. This is said to be a great deal because Rhodes would get the employee benefits as well as the pay for being on-air talent. Does the GM actually have any effect on the show?? Maybe he could sort it out or bit or push for a longer run time.
