Forgive me if this is the wrong board, and please feel free to move it, but does anyone have a good suggestion for a camera to buy for a starter? I’d love to start taking action shots and making stop motions. Thanks!

Not me. I have thought about buying an actual camera rather than using my iPad and smart phone, but I haven't done that yet. So I'd also be interested in what cameras others use.
