Howdy all. Hoping you can all weigh in on this. Every so often I would have a basic that rattled right out of the plastic now it seems like it’s 50/50. Have you guys experienced the same and are there any tips as to how to remove the loose plastic?

With my elite thirty-something cesaro however the piece was from the top torso and i was able to pull it out of the back of the ab crunch

Normally you don’t have to crack anything. Just pop the head off and turn it up side down and shake it. The piece causing the rattle usually comes out. This works well with basics and any elite that happens in the top part of the body.
