I'm not 100% sure, but you could have a prototype.
Nice find!

I believe it’s a prototype/ final sample that JAKKS approves of before its produced and they can make their final adjustments

Can anyone make out what Remark says.. "Missing ? on elbow" It's says missing tampo on elbow. In other words, it's missing a shot of paint where it's needed.

It definitely looks like a pre-production sample from the early TTL years (late 1999/early 2000).
Was Survivor Series Mayhem even released? Because I don't remember it.
If you don't mind me asking, how did you come into these? Was it a U.S.-based seller?

would pretty neat if it wasn't as you can tell by the half-peeled sticker, it was almost too late until i realized that this might be something interesting lol yea, a guy off craigslist who was selling off his collection for virtually nothing. picked up some TNA stuff too, but nothing out of the ordinary there

I recall once having 2 rock ttl figures with elbow decal on it. one was a blue outline of his bull logo. and the other was bull logo, and around it said "laying the smackdown"

Could he have abbreviated something like "trm pd" for trim pad, meaning elbow pad. I see the Undertaker photo on the box has one and the figure does not.

It's definitely tampo. As in tampograph, which oversimplified is basically converting a 2-d print to a 3-d item. Probably referring to Taker's tats.
