Got this from another forum.
Triple H was pushing for Randy Orton to defeat John Cena for the WWE Championship as soon as Summerslam. While that could still happen, many backstage are pushing for a Cena/Snitsky title program later this year heading into Wrestlemania. We'll have to wait and see how much of a backstage pull Triple H really has.

A Cena/Snitsky rivalry wouldn't be so bad for one PPV..say Unforgiven..but WRESTLE INGMANIA? I swear to God if they do that, I'll stop watching WWE again. |

Yeah, heard about the Snitsky/Cena for 2008. Anything can happen between now and then, so I'll take it with a grain of salt.
Don't see Orton/Cena at SS happening anymore. So if anything, put the title on him at Unforgiven.

Man, this better not be true because Snitsky's current character flat-out sucks. I swear this past Monday on Raw during his match with poor Val Venis, I heard crickets. I've never heard a crowd that dead in my life.
He'd better not have anything to do with Snitsky because we all know he'd bury him. If he beat Khali like 3 times, he can certainly squash Snitsky a dozen times over.
If this is true, then it is very bad news because it's gonna suck, big time.

I'm a fan of Cena, but his feud has gone on a little too long. And if Snitsky is headling Wrestlemania.... I don't even know what to say.

I will never buy Snitsky as a credible contender for ANY belt and another thing I won't buy is WrestleMania if it's going to be headlined by Snitsky/Cena. That will be THE worst main event in history if that happens. I really hope it doesn't.
Seriously, doesn't WWE want people to buy their PPV's and stuff?? Well, if they seriously think people will order a PPV that will be headlined by Snitsky/Cena, they are sorely mistaken.

If Orton doesn't get the belt and Snitsky wins it, I never watch WWE again. I know I said the same thing about the WGTT incident but that may at least lead them to the tag belts.

i liked snitsky when he had the long hair and the braided beard. but his new look is so dull. they could have still easily pushed him with the hair and facial hair. and right now he just looks weird and gets no crowd response.

I enjoy Snitsky as a midcard act, but anyone who thinks he deserves a program with Cena over Orton is horribly mistaken. Orton is the only man currently on Raw that I want to see win the title right now, and it needs to happen sooner rather than later...

Snitsky ain't main event material. He just ain't. On a side note - it is past time for Cena to drop the belt to someone. He's now dominating the main even scene the way Trips did a few years ago. I for one am as sick of it as I was of Trips back then.
