Leo Kruger help

Hey everyone, i'm thinking of doing a Leo Kruger custom but not sure what parts would be best, obviously a modified Adam Rose head would be the best choice head wise but for torso, arms and legs i'm not sure. 
What would be the best choices as he was a bit bigger as Kruger before he slimmed down into Rose. In terms of modifying the head, what would be the best way to sculpt his beard on and paint it?
