Restarting My Hasbro Collection - Any Advice?

Just keep collecting as many as you want & desire to have. The WWF Vintage Hasbro figures in the packaging can be a steep price but the loose Hasbro figures are usually a lot cheaper. Sometimes at Comic Conventions that wrestlers are appearing at have vendors that sell retro WWF/E memorabilia. I found some really retro Undertaker & Ultimate Warrior Hasbro figures from the early 1990's.

If you are just collecting loose figures, that shouldn't get too expensive - compared to MOC collecting. Most of the figures can be found for under $20 (American) on eBay. But their are some that will go for more; Dusty Rhodes, Ultimate Warrior (Purple Trunks), Koko B. Ware (but only if it comes with his bird Frankie), the Legion of Doom, the Green Card Series Figures (Adam Bomb, Evil Crush, Yokozuna - White Trunks, the Smoking Gunns, Ludvig Borga, and the 123 Kid), Razor Ramon (but only if it comes with his gold chain accessory), Series 8 Undertaker (if it comes with his cloak). I have only seen the Green Card series figures go for very high prices (some over $100 American). But most you can get for very cheap, especially if you are not too concerned with mint condition. If you are patient, and don't rush to purchase all of them quickly, you can find some for very cheap. A few years back when I started re-collecting figures, I purchase a Rockers Shawn Michaels (to replace my broken one) for one cent (plus about $2 for shipping). Most of the loose figures that I have purchased from eBay have been for under $10 (American). Those include; Series 4 Bret Hart, the Texas Tornado, Series 9 Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Series 10 Fatu, Rocker Shawn Michaels, among others. Buying lots can also help. Good luck!

I see what people are saying about this being addictive! Just wanted to share a quick update - I stopped in a local vintage toy store to see if they had any Hasbros. I paid $25 for everything in the photo, which I was pretty happy with. Thanks for all of the feedback, and I'm looking forward to growing my collection.

I’ve started a small collection and now shortly by hopefully next week will have my 9th coming moc with the way Ebay is it does take time occasionaly you can find them going for good reasonable prices I won the bushwackers a short time back for a really reasonable price in UK sterling I suppose it’s just the case of always looking and sometimes just that little bit of luck.

We'll said. I'd agree with this as it's easy to get stuck into the 'completion mode' from the outset and you don't want it to become a chore. Look forward to each new addition arriving.

If you're lucky sometimes you can catch a loose collector selling an entire collection, this happened a few weeks back and think they have all sold since then. They were broken down by series, and you could see the condition of pretty much all the figures.

That's also how I sold off my loose set a couple years ago.

Loose is gaining momentum now with moc, there's loads
Of figures now over the £10 mark etc even figures like Nailz lol, loose or moc it's an expensive hobbie, you'll find bargains it's just about luck but in general it's pricey just take time and be patient and be careful with loose as you get sellers not being thorough with description and you getting crap damaged figures, accessories have sky rocketed and very hard to find with a figure, if you have the cash go for a mint figure with accessories will save you down the line on cash man
