It's not something I need, but I'm not against it either. Could you imagine if somehow/someway, we got Asuka vs Rousey at WM? With Asuka going over? Unlikely I know, but it'd be huge for the entire division.

The point is that regardless of how much mainstream media coverage Ronda Rousey will bring, having her crap all over the entire women's division will not help it in the long run. If all the other women are made to look like crap over a substantial period of time, then what happens when Ronda goes? This isn't like the male division with a ton of different stars. The WWE women's division is small and concentrated. Having those few stars consistently jobbed out will be nothing but a detriment to them after Ronda is done.
"Life isn't fair" is a pretty poor retort. Why shouldn't WWE at least try to make it fair? Why should female superstars work so hard for years to change both the perception and treatment of women's wrestling, only to have it taken away from them by someone from a completely different industry who makes them all look like a complete joke? Of course life isn't fair, but that's no reason to not try to make it fair.
I couldn't stand Shayna Baszler's style in the Mae Young Classic, and her first round match was downright awful, so chances are that I won't be able to stand Ronda Rousey's style either.

Unlikely I know, but it'd be huge for the entire division. It seems that they are heading in that direction because Asuka's new finisher is a flying armbar. I would also like to see Ronda vs. Charlotte, the only match i'm strongly against is Ronda vs. Stephanie.

She better be on Smackdown to face Charlotte at Mania, she can't face Aska cause whoever loses will hurt them a tonne, her vs Alexa is laughable size wise, Sasha doesn't need another make shift title reign.

Yeah, but we all know Vince will most likely make sure she is front and center on his beloved RAW rather than the blue headed stepchild.

I'm ok with her being a special attraction like Brock. Just do t want her winning the royal rumble.

This will be huge for WWE.
Regardless of who goes over in matches it's good for the division as a whole. It makes all the women that much more credible and gets them a chance to showcase their womens division and talent on the mainstream going against Rousey.
A match with a main stream sports attraction like Rousey means more than a 5 week run as RAW women's champion.

Lawrence Taylor vs Bam Bam Bigelow main evented a Wrestlemania and LT won.! Y'all woulda stroked out on here... Lol
At least Rousey is a life long fan who is interested in being a superstar.

She better not win the Royal Rumble.

If it leads to Rock/Rousey vs HHH/Steph like what was teased at WM 31, then I’d be fine with this. Her being in the women’s division will do more harm than good.

No idea why people wouldn't want her in the WWE. She's a major name that will only enhance the attention on the female side of wrestling. She COULD single handedly legitimise female wrestling for a generation if it's handled right.

I don't know why people are so against her coming to WWE? She is a HUGE name in the sports world. She brings main stream attention to WWE's Women's Division that NO other woman on the roster can bring. If she joins WWE,...ESPN, FoxSports, and every media outlet that covers sports is going to be covering this....you're not getting that with Sasha Banks, Bayley, and the rest. So yeah, to the people saying that it's "unfair" to the women who are already there....WWE is a business with the goal of making money. Ronda Rousey can sell more tickets, merchandise, and get high ratings and make WWE more main stream than any other woman on the roster, and probably more than the entire roster combined. This is just smart business by the WWE. it is definitely unfair for sure....but this is true, would be a smart move from a business stand point, & i'm not against seeing her wrestle either. I guess i'd still feel for the other women as well though. wonder how she'll look in the ring

like others have said she is a major name with (hopefully) crossover appeal that will bring in new fans so I can understand why she coming in How will she get on..... I guess we'll have to see. To be honest Im sure many groaned when some no name blonde model arrived in 2000 and we all know how Trish Stratus's career is looked at now

I like that she's coming in. Hopefully she does well. I have a feeling she will debut the night after royal rumble instead of the show itself.
