i believe the lawyer was commenting based on the present situation... at that current time, the only thing up was HHH on the titantron. it could be hornswaggle, but itll likely be someone revolving around vince over the past few weeks rather than someone totally random.

Well it looks like it's not going to be Mr Kennedy anymore due to his suspension, so their plans of having a stretched storyline including a Shane V Kennedy Match, and finally ending in a Triple H V Mr Kennedy Match at Wrestlemania will prbably be scrapped.
Looks like they will simply rush it and have it be Triple H then.
I highly doubt they would do this whole storyline for it to be Hornswoggle.
However, it could be Rey Mysterio, as I remember the rumours a few months ago that a Vince McMahon V Rey Mysterio Fued could happen.

I think its Big Show. We know Big Show is a bastard from his program with Bossman all those years ago. Remember how Bossman proved that Big Show was a bastard. It would make sense and it would help the E if it turned out to be Big Show.
