I was not able to find a video or a thread on this so here goes ...
Can the basic figures from the shoulder come out and use elite shoulder and arms?
I just t=got the Mean Gene Okerlund figure and they have the extra red jacket and arms and wondered if I could put that on a basic Vince McMahon from the Stone Cold Two pack? Even if the arms do come out I am not sure I will be able to get the red jacket to fit that body but I thought I would ask one of your smart folks.

With the basic Vince, you'd have to crack the torso in order to swap the ball joints. You'd be better off sourcing a BAF-style Basic, and swapping Vince's head on to that with the red jacket. Off the top of my head, J&J Security would both work - except for the height.

Thank you so much. So no I don't want to crack the torso. What is BAF please? Yes J&J is too small. Swapping the head I know how to do ... any other suggestions in how I can incorporate the red jacket, red arms and a head from Vince? THANK YOU.

BAF = Build-A-Figure
OK, so torso cracking is out. The only other thing I could suggest is painting the shoulder joints on the Vince figure red, and then swapping the arms at the bicep.
