How many Savage Micro Brawlers were released today and how much would it cost to pre-order them all? Orange/Yellow Mega Powers Black/White Blue/Red Pink/Yellow That's all of them and they were approximately $18, $20, $22, $24, and $13 (in that order) plus individual shipping (about $6 for me) for each one. $97 for all the Brawlers plus another $30 shipping (for me at least) brings it to $127. Cases are $3 each so if you got those for each one bump the total up to $142. And that's assuming this is indeed the last one today.

This is totally just a massive troll...I might find it funny if the guy doing it didn't have a history of being such a douche nozzle.

Guess we should all appreciate places like RSC who, you know, try to have a good relationship with their customers. But what do I know? Maybe passive aggressive marketing is going to be the way of the future.

New lime green one for $6 (which is what the MSRP for these things should be) plus shipping. So its $139 shipped for 6 Micro Brawlers if you dont buy the cases.

Like we all ship stuff here, for those five micro brawlers still won’t cost more than $6 to ship. Then to make fun of those people. It’s stuff like this that just sucks in collecting. Instead of helping the community and creating something fun, you squeeze every last cent you can til you kill it.....guess that kind of sums up collecting in general in 2021.

Collecting figures never used to feel exhausting. And it's not just the Brawlers.

So, looking at everything, I think I get the idea of the pricing gimmick. They’ve essentially manufactured levels of rarity. The best known and most colorful attires (pink and green) were cheapest and likely sold the most, followed by the orange and Mega-Powers which while still well-known maybe weren’t as desirable, were on sale earlier in the day, and were more expensive so probably sold slightly less, then the black and white and USA were both fantasy attires and most expensive, therefore likely sold the least, and in-turn will have the least produced. It was essentially a way to make common, uncommon, and rare tiers of figures while still technically producing as many were ordered within the respective two-hour windows.

To me this is just a slap in the face of your customers. Then he openly mocks his customers. After this I’ll be canceling my crate and going back to snagging the brawlers on the cheap on eBay.

If the character choices stay at the same.level.as the first 2 crates (jake and owen) the brawler will.cost just as.much as the whole crate. Jake was around 20 and the crate is 30. Decent brawlers are always at least 20

I don’t think they can keep it up besides if it’s someone real big they release them on the site for anyone to buy not that I buy those anyway. It’s definitely the new model to release the bigger name brawlers on the site for stand alone sale. The only thing I want from the crate is the brawler anyway so even if I pay $20 I'm saving $18 plus I don’t have a box full of stuff I don’t want and don’t have to try and sell.

I have friends that sell through PWTs but the dude that runs it always came across kind of douchey. One of the reasons I sold my merch through Brainbuster.
I thought about buying a Macho today and starting a collection and now I’m kind of glad I didn’t.

The bubble on these may burst sooner than expected. When Ryan was on majorpod twitch he basically mocked all of us bc of how cheap it is the manufacture the brawlers. We are in the middle of a marketing blitz (choreographed by cardona?)to see what works and how far we are willing to go at little cost to pwt. Good?Bad?Just business? The choice is yours.
I've been saying this for a few months. PWT and @vintagefigs1 should be ashamed -- they are really ripping off a lot of people who don't realize what's happening...

I wouldn’t assume any of that. They want you to though. I submit they ordered the same amount of each. Whether people preordered more of one that the other will not be made public. Extra ones produced that weren’t preordered will reappear after the secondary market spills its dirty little secret.

They got me with this today. Macho, Warrior, and Flair are the guys I pretty much grab anything of. I wish it was someone else as I spent way more than I should have.

Wow! Just seeing this. Ryan and Cardona have similar piss poor attitudes when asked to justify something. Did you notice majorpod was posting other photos of the microbrawlers that pwt was not. That shows this was a coordinated effort. Just bc they have charities doesn’t mean they have business ethics.

And it seems like a lot of folks in that category seem to fit a pretty narrow profile and are really easily swayed by whatever they're told is "cool" or "valuable."
