*Jacob Duncan defeated Funaki.
Smackdown:
*Chuck Palumbo rolled up Chris Masters for a pinfall. Palumbo controlled most of the match. Afterwards, Masters attacked him and out Palumbo with the Masterlock.
*Big Daddy V promotional video airs.
*Jesse & Festus defeated Jay Adams & Conrad Carr (Eddie Venom and Conrad Kennedy III from Michigan indy scene).
*There is a backstage vignette with Jamie Noble, Deuce and Domino.
*Drew McIntyre (Drew McDoland from Scotland), with Dave Taylor) defeated Brett Major.
*Diva search segment.
*Backstage promo with WWE Tag team champions Matt Hardy and MVP.
*The Undertaker and Kane defeated WWE Tag Team champions Matt Hardy and MVP after Taker drilled MVP with a tombstone. This was a non-title match.
*In a backstage promo with Vickie Guerrero and Jamie Noble, leading to Vickie signing Noble vs. Khali next.
*Great Khali beats Jamie Noble with the head squishie.
*Jimmy Wang Yang defeated Deuce and was attacked and laid out by Deuce and Domino. Cherry even slapped Yang.
*Rey Mysterio vs. Fit Finlay for the #1 contendership of the WWE World title went to a no contest after a chair was used. The lights in the arena went out and by the time they returned, both men were laid out in the ring. Undertaker was inside, making a motion with his hands for the belt, motioning to Batista, who was at ringside doing commentary.

First of all...ATHF: MEATWAD...You have the wrong Waynes brother name in your sig...
And second...It's nice to see Majors being used on tv...Also...I thought MVP/Hardy vs BOD was going to be for the tag titles

Undertaker was inside, making a motion with his hands for the belt, motioning to Batista, who was at ringside doing commentary. Right now, I'd rather Batista continue his reign than another 'Taker reign, and I'm not particularly fond on either man.  |

Well I was there live, and after ECW they redid Rey/Finlay with Rey winning this time. So not sure how it'll turn out on TV. I was in the 3rd row, we were so damn close to the ring! I was wearing a red abercrombie shirt, don't know if anyone saw me since I didn't say this before hand.

After World Wrestling Entertainment taped ECW on Sci Fi, the ring crew replaced the ECW ropes and entrance way with the WWE SmackDown ropes and entrance. JBL and Michael Cole made their way back to the announce table and Batista return’s to join JBL and Michael Cole.
WWE must have re-shot the finish to the main event featuring Finlay vs. Rey Mysterio, however the Undertaker never came out this time to take out all of the stars. Finlay also didn’t throw chairs in the ring like the first time or use a chair to get DQ'ed. Reports suggest that Finlay pushed the referee down and was DQ'ed this time.
A lot of fans started to leave after SmackDown ended and during the ECW main event. It will be interesting to see which ending they use for this Friday’s edition of WWE SmackDown.

Finlay never used a chair in the first place. He pushed the ref, and got dq'd for that. When he tried hitting Rey with the chair Rey kicked it into his face. And when they did it the second time, I'm almost 90% sure Rey won the match... |
