Custom Mattel Figure

This is only my second attempt at a custom. The first went well, so when I saw that there was a No Way Jose figure being released--and that he happened to look like my wife's nephew--I decided that I was going to try again. I had put it off for a long time while I searched for glasses. The best ones I could find were with IRS but I didn't want to pay full price for another one and wasn't willing to give mine up. My Walmart clearanced out the last IRS for $9, so I bought that and finally got around to making it. Most of the pieces are No Way Jose. I cut the sleeves off the jacket. Took about 4 hours. Let me know what you think. I know I could have done better and I'm always looking for tips for when I get the inspiration for custom #3.
