He hasn't had as many as others, but he was always one of my favorites. I know I'm missing the Mattel Akeem, but it's on the way. Also, I know about the Euro Play "Action Wrestlers", but the one that is supposed to be the knockoff Akeem looks more like Boris Zhukov, so that's where I classify that one. Any I'm missing? On another note, I would LOVE for Mattel to do a One Man Gang with a denim vest. His Jakks & LJN OMG figures are lacking in detail.  |

Nice collection. I wish Mattel would have gotten to make the one Man Gang. Do you display your stuff by character like that?

Love the African Dream Akeem, one of my favourite Hasbro figures, only have Akeem loose Hasbro, MOC Dual and OMG Jakks, always wanted his LJN just never seen it at a decent price or in the UK much, the Mattel Akeem is sweet have fancied that one aswell. Akeem is one of my all time favourites. Looks a great collection just wish more figures were made.

Wow we really need a One Man Gang by Mattel. As long as he doesn’t have one of them terrible rubber vests!
Do you happen to have all the Big Bossman figures? Awhile ago some of us were discussing that Bossman is the only guy to have figures in all the major eras (LJN, Hasbro, Jakks’ BCA-TTL-RA & Mattel). He pretty much ran the gamut of wrestling major figure styles.

Mattel came close to doing him...something is floating around out there. But Legends bombed and that instilled enough doubt in them to be a little more careful for awhile. Thankfully, Flashbacks are coming out in all sorts of ways now, so you never know.
