Woo hoo, we got there! My favorite Andre of all time, bar none! I haven't seen Mattel manage a better head scan than this so far. Their Heenan Family is closest, but this one is happier and in his prime! I didn't know it was so low into the series, I figured it was up there beyond series 10 before we got this one. And what a lineup, Gorilla Monsoon and King Harley Race in this series, also nothing to sneeze at!

I loved this series, Jakks really knocked it out of the park. Even a figure like Don Morocco which does not stand out at first looks fantastic.
This is such a hard choice as there are so many figures that I like. Gorilla Monsoon, Harley Race, Ultimate Warrior, Jimmy Hart, Andre the Giant, Billy Graham and Davey Boy are all figures I love..... and pretty much this whole series.
It comes down to Ultimate Warrior and Harley Race. I love the blue winged eagle belt and the attire of Warrior, but Jakks nailed King Harley Race....... I am giving the vote to King Harley Race.

Harley Race got my vote, but Andre came damn close. Until Mattel finally did a real one and not that two-in-one turd wig version, this was the best Andre figure of all time.

These polls have made me interested in the Classic Superstars line again. I just bought a few of them on eBay and plan on collecting them all. So far I got IRS, LJN Undertaker, Sensational Sherri, The Rock LJN, Honky Tonk Man. Val Venis, Jesse Ventura, The Berzerker, and Billy Kidman.

I’m gonna have to go with Monsoon. The scan looked like him a lot more without the glasses actually.
This series was really awesome. I recall seeing a lot of Graham’s! I had Monsoon and Jimmy Hart. Harley Race was one I always wanted but I passed on once, never saw him again. The accessories alone made Harley Race a standout. I wanted to vote for him but Monsoon was a treasure in my collection.

I voted for Monsoon though it was a tough choice due to many great figures in this set. The main reason I chose him over the others is because I like adding commentators to my collection, the more commentators the more complete a collection can be for any era of wrestling especially how iconic they were to that era. My second place would go to Harley Race as the accessories and the figure itself is awesome.

This set still holds up really well. I love the Harley, Andre, Graham, Bulldog, and Warrior. I'll give it to Harley for his awesome accessories.
