Anyone knows idf someone tried to make wwe legends that were never done like dino bravo, rougeau bros, pat patterson, etc.. ?

With a 3d printer can you put a picture of a wrestler and it will try to create the figure ?
Maybe ypu cant put a real pic of a wrestler, but if you put a picture of an unreleased figure, do you think it can do the job ?
I know a site that create head of people for $100, but i never saw someone tried that this site can do that kind of stuff7
