Earlier this week Paige announced her in-ring retirement on Raw and then became the new Smackdown Live general manager the following night. Almost exactly four years ago she made her main roster debut on Raw as the NXT women’s champion and defeated AJ Lee to become the Divas champion. Looks really good. I was there that night in the front of the audience right near the corner of the barricade where Paige exited the ring with the title. Just saw myself on YouTube watching it again lol.
