I saw the endocrinologist yesterday. I lost three more lbs since the cardiologist appointment last week. And my blood sugar was good. Actually it’s been really good for the last week.

Poor Benny  I was the same way with my last dog - I just wanted her home. She's sat on a little shelf now with a picture (of her) next to her casket, and a little felt replica of her that my Mum made on top of her casket. |

We got a new sofa today, and I have to say, it looks fantastic and is super comfy—definitely a great addition to the living room. On top of that, I finally tracked down dish network email and will be sending them some complaints about their services that I’ve been meaning to address for a while. Feels good to be getting things done! Between the new furniture and sorting out those service issues, I’d call it a pretty successful day overall |

Happy to be alive and have what I have. Beautiful wife and child, loving family and friends. Two fantastic guys I've cultivated a friendship with on this site and I'm grateful for them. Going out later to pickup Legends Vader and Farooq then meet my wife's friend and her husband and child at BWW's for some food and football.
I was kinda sulking a bit over the Vols loss last night and I've got some personal disdain for Arkansas but then I realized that within the span of a week I've met Sting, Cody Rhodes, went to Smackdown which was my nephews' first big time wrestling show and the first show I've been to with my brother since 2011 - anyway I realized how silly it is for me to let a football game outcome get me down. Hell, I'm a Vols fan. I should be used to losing. Still 4-1 but got plenty to improve on.
I hope everyone has a good day. No matter if we're friends or not, no matter if we're enemies. Have a good day and be safe. Talk to a loved one.
