So I bought a bunch if figures off my buddy, one of them being the Ringside Exclusive Brothers of Destruction Kane that comes with the removable mask and wig. It is a really nice figure, but one problem...My friend glued the mask and wig on!!!!
Any advice on how to reverse this? Or should I not risk ruining the figure worse?

I bought a pyrex baking dish at a thrift shop and pour boiling water into it. Then I dump the figure in, and the plastic gets nice and soft. I've never had a problem with things warping or any such thing, it all springs back into place and stays put once the heat wears off.

Thanks for the advice guys, I was able to get the mask and wig off but the face underneath was damaged pretty bad. Luckily I realised that the head is basically the same head as the other deluxe Kane I have just with black paint around the eyes so I did a head swap. The mask and hair had very minimal damage so overall it looks pretty good.
