The Bushwhackers by a mile for me. I think this is a really cool set and as other folks have said, the accessories were really good and fit these two crazy SOB's very well. Although, it may have just been my set, but I could never get those damn hats to actually fit on their heads.
In all honesty, I am not a huge fan of the other two sets. The Wild Samoans I always felt were way to fat and I have never liked the "Unleash Austin" thing on the shirt.

Piper and Austin was very debatable whether or not it fit the classic theme at the time.
I'm sure this set was out about 6 months after their WM21 Piper's Pit segment that this was based on.
I'll say Bushwhackers.

I voted Samoans yesterday but on second glance I think the Bushwhackers edge it. Some solid scans, in the classic outfits with some peculiar accessories to boot.
