You tried to crap on aj yesterday and now punk today...what did they do you? Deny you an autograph at an airport or while eating? Or were you the one ryback fan mad that punk didn't put him over? Maybe time to let it go. it's crapping on someone to make a realistic observation? And btw Punk is a scrub when it comes to MMA, he's got a 50/50 chance against any average Joe on the street, on this forum or at any local boxing/mma gym. Only reason he was even in the UFC (if you can even call getting your face beat 2 times being in the UFC) is because of the name he made in WWE. He would do just as bad in PRIDE or any other lower tier MMA promotion. Some people just aren't meant to fight and he's one of them. Who would win in a fight between CM Punk and Roman Reigns? Be honest. |

Be honest. Not sure how I would know this lmao but I can make a guess. Punk is 6'2 and 190LBS while Reigns is 6'3 and 265lbs. I have no clue if Reigns has any kind of street fighting experience or MMA training. Punk had years of top level training but still didn't show out with anything so my guess is he just isn't a fighter. Having heart is wonderful but if you can't put someone else away with raw stopping power or stellar ground game then you're really just a punching bag that punches back occasionally. Also Samoans are known for being very tough SOBs. Idk man in can't decide. Common sense would tell me Reigns would win but maybe he's a pushover too 🤔🤔 hard to tell. I have no difinitive answer. |

The comment above the one I quoted was absolutely crapping on him. Not even debatable. I quoted this one because it was the same person and it doesn't  ing matter. crapting on cm punk the wrestler isn't gonna win you any cred. Hell...let's be real...crapting on cm punk the UFC fighter isn't gonna get you any cred unless you honestly believe you would do any better. And his comments on aj lee were...misinformed and dangerous in general. I was a fan of CM Punk back in his indy days before he ever signed with WWE. But at this point, he’s got such soar grapes about pro wrestling, and for the last four years he’s been delusional and trying to act like he’s moved on to real fighting. It’s laughable. He likely pressured his wife to quit her dream job too, because he was such a negative douche about the business that made him a mega star and a millionaire. He played dress up and fake fought for so long that he convinced himself that he could do the real thing - kinda like little boys playing with Tonka trucks then thinking they can drive a real dump truck. And still I never understood why people remember AJ Lee so fondly, like she’s some kind of pioneer or legend of wrestling. How long was she around, maybe two years? She was an average on-screen talent who never had a decent match. She got where she was because she dated popular wrestlers. About all I can remember about her is that she acted like Daffney, she wasn’t a believable GM, and she made out with Kane and a bunch of other wrestlers. I hate how he left. It's never sat right with me. But he made a choice and I respect him for it. If he never left, he'd be losing to reigns every week. Or orton. Or ing jinder Mahal. I appreciate the emotion he put into it and when the joy fades, why bother? I do think his mma career is a cash grab, but so what? If I could make money off his name, I would. He got to live a dream. No harm there. It didn't hurt mma. Bellator had shamrock vs Gracie in their 50s. And kimbo vs dada where the man was so out of shape he actually died from the fight. That hurt mma. He didn't belong, but I'm glad he got to try it. Could I have done any better? Could you? Anyone here? Doubtful right? Of course we want to think so, but in reality, even sucky Mike Jackson woyld work us, or a bottom tier guy in whatever class we make. I doubt i would make welterweight, likely middleweight. I don't think he made aj quit. I think she stepped up as a wife and said I got your back. I know my wife would. And as for aj...she was amazing. She was a solid worker. She was good on the Mic. Charlotte could learn a thing or two about promos from her. She entertained. She was cute and charismatic. Maybe if you don't like crazy women she didn't appeal to you. Or if you hate petite women. But other than that, I don't see how one could not love her. If she was a blonde with fake d cups, she would have been given the world, similar to if Rollins or styles looked like reigns.
