Paul Birchill and it is not even close! Although to be fair that Cena vs HHH is a solid set too.
I hated the Shawn Michaels and Trish Stratus referee pack I do not remember seeing it much where I lived, but even as popular as those two were I have a hard time imagining many kids wanted those two in referee gear.

I immediately voted for Paul Burchill because it is an overall awesome figure. I really like that they went out to give him his sword and entrance jacket plus the headscan is great as well! My second place goes to Trish and third to Shawn Michaels.

Burchill gets my vote I remember buying him and regal and triple h cena as soon as they hit the store and before most people knew about Em being out I had a lot of people on the inside during these days so I had everything I wanted early and on lock in my area

it's great that most of the one of figures (Pirate Burchill, Kid Kash, Shannon Moore etc) all turned out pretty damn well

I just remembered that I still have that Burchill minus the jacket and sword. I found him lying in the street not long after the figure was released. He was a bit worn but it’s still fairly cool...not as neat as Trish.
