Damn the LA Angels of Anaheim are doing really well this season. My bet is that they win the World Series this year.

Eh, I don't see the point of having it be in the official thread. If he wants to have a thread about how well the Angels are playing, why not?

Let's go ANGELS Let's GO! *Clap Clap* Let's go ANGELS Let's Go! They remind me of the 2002 Angels because they are hitting in clutch situations unlike last year where they couldn't hit if their lives depended on it. The only team that is very difficult for the Angels to play against is Boston. They spank us in Boston, but we were missing pitchers and had Garret Anderson on the field instead of Reggie Willitis. Reggie is like Figgins in 2002. He gets on base and has productive at bats.

As much as I hate to say it, I see no way in hell that my A's claw their way back into the AL west race.
And as for the Angels, I think their pitching can lead them deep, but I don't know if their line-up is of world series caliber.

Angels are one big bat away...if Arod opts out, bam, there you go. Of course, Escobar is always a health risk, but they've got a very nice team at the moment in my eyes.

Yeah but your A's like win like 20 games in a row or something like that after the all-star break.
