Here’s another good question. “Out of the hundreds of Triple H figures you have designed, why have you skipped over late 99-2001 with the hHh trunks that represents his first WWE title run?” Follow up that doesn’t get asked because Noelle has zero insight in this. “You previously stated that you didn’t have a place in the line but put a street gear version in the BoAE set. What about a Wrestlemania, Summerslam, SvS, RR Heritage set as he wore them at all events through the year???” The funny thing is about that Triple H, he’s talking about supporting the line and buy them so it will continue. WTF throw a trash figure in when there are so many cool designs for him that are fairly low deco, etc Some things they do and decisions that are made just make zero sense

I try to stick to questions that won't get the same canned answers or that are not a simple yes or no. What question would you have selected? "What do you have against the hHh everyone wants?" At the very least tell us why you're not making it. The most I've ever seen this addressed is that impromptu Q&A a member here did when Bill said there are no plans for it.

I thought questions that would’ve been revealed during reveals at SDCC wouldn’t be ask. Will we see more people with interchangeable heads was clearly answered during the panel reveals. Can we see more than one legend in an elite series was clearly already answered since Dude Love and Sting are in the same series. It's tough because a lot of people wanted that question answered. Also it was just announced so we thought Bill might have more to elaborate on it than what was said at the panel. For me, that was maybe the bigger frustration. There wasn't a lot of elaboration or any new info. The designers can only share what they're willing/able to, so I don't know that different questions would have yielded any new info. Collectors are an impatient bunch, and right now there are more questions than answers around the new premium line, distribution, etc. But as you pointed out, those weren't answers we were going to get from the q&a.

I only wanted to know about the Lightheavyweight championship.
Pretty simple question and I’m sure not too many people probably care.
But hey, I loved that championship as a kid.

Disappointed my Spreadsheet question was skipped. Hard to make Bill sweat when you just throw underhanded to him. Give him the ol heater up around the chin.

Well that was completely uninformative. They really don't like giving anything in these. Other SDCC interviews with companies like Neca and Super 7 are way, way, way more informative every year. Even the referee answer was generic PR speak when Bill has revealed the actual answer before outside of official Q and As (refs aren't signed to licensing deals and WWE doesn't like marketing their refs, not often named on TV, etc.). Also wish my question was asked about if there's anything we can do as fans or Mattel can do about the "must be signed to a legends deal" conundrum (which had the most likes of pretty much any question on the question thread ...) oh well?

Like why the hell wouldn’t Jinder have more figures made. People don’t use their heads. The Jinder question made sense because there were zero Goldberg figures after he was included with the scale ring. It's very valid to ask if the same treatment would be given to Jinder.

This video was more frustrating than those boogers that go deeper and deeper into the corners of your nostrils the more you pick at them. Some dumb questions asked this year.

Goldberg only wore one attire for that run right? That Goldberg was enough 🙄. That is a good point though. Since they could claim Jinder won’t be made again no time soon so people can buy the ring to get him.

We agree with you, we wish they gave us more information in the Q&A. We have asked about this in past Q&A's and it sounds like it's entirely up to WWE.

I try to stick to questions that won't get the same canned answers or that are not a simple yes or no. What question would you have selected? Here are the questions I submitted as an idea to what I mean: In the past Bill, Miekina not Kerner, has touched on the submission of list to the WWE for approval. Could you go into detail how that process works or really any detail about it? Is it done once a year to give you an idea of what your lineups will look like for the fiscal year? Are there any limitations on what you can submit for like the number of talent? Is there anyone you have ever asked for knowing the response like a Todd Pettengill just to see what the WWE will say? Taking out the obvious answers of certain Canadian wrestlers, lawsuit guys, and maybe Nailz is there anyone that you have tried to get permission to make that you were told "that guy/girl is off limits, never happening' that may surprise fans? On the flip side of that, is there anyone the WWE has told you that you CAN make but for whatever reason, be it budget or sales, Mattel has said no to making? /
I get that those are loaded questions, especially for an event like SDCC that is so busy and hectic, maybe even a little too behind the curtain. The idea is to basically give the mic to someone from Mattel and just let them say something other than the usual answer. I watched a past Q&A (can't recall the year or event) and there was one question that was opened ended not really a yes or no and Bill was just kind of rambling on about something but within that rambling there were like three really good nuggets of information.

Which question would you have selected? Where are the Rock N Roll express figures? or the Freebirds? They cannot really give an answer to "when will (insert unannounced superstar here) be released" questions so we try to avoid those. In the case of someone like Bobby Lashley there were an overwhelming amount of requests for him so we had to throw that one in.

I would just like to know *why* they won't address this oft-requested figure, and instead flood the Fan Central vote with different options, or release a street clothes AE Flashback they had to know everyone would be hoping was hHh.

And skipping the hHh trunks or 1998 SummerSlam Triple H doesn't help. I've only purchased Jericho in the line. I want it to continue so we can get maybe some new characters from the era or new looks, but it's hard to support a line that isn't giving me figures that I want for my collection.
When Bill says if the demand is there, we'll make it, it's hard to take seriously when hHh hasn't been made after eight years.

There was a lot of good questions asked in the original submission thread. I remember trying to ask specific design questions (about part choices/etc) and usually like always never selected. It’s one of the reasons why I’m not going to submit any questions anymore. It’s a bit pointless to ask a question we know the answer to or have an idea of how it’ll be answered.

Bobby Lashley is obviously going to get a release, hes on the main roster its an obvious answer, infact didnt we see a prototype sculpt of him on the day 1 reveal? I would like to know if the rock n roll and free birds are under legends deals. Same with Jinder questions, ofcourse we are going to get a release of him again, its just a matter of time. You should be picking out questions that arent so obvious.
