With interchangeable heads now being introduced it got me thinking that it would be good opportunity for them to make interchangeable heads based on pre and post match looks for certain guys like how Dolph Zigglers hair is slicked back at the beginning of a match and at the end it's all over the place. I think it would be a nice touch tbh.

All around just a very "meh" SDCC for me. Not just from Mattel/WWE standpoint but also other brands. Mattel didnt show me anything I didnt expect/already know about except Pat Patterson. Mattel Multiverse has some Aquaman & TDK Joker figures but everything else is trending more towards the "comic" side. I didnt see anything from Funko I really wanted. Even the exclusives were very bland. Guess its a good time to save some money. It was a great show if you're really into collecting NXT. For Flashback collectors it wasn't bad but nothing spectacular and a lot of odd attire choices. I already gave my opinions hereAnd it was one of if not the best SDCC's ever for people who collect both Current And Flashbacks

Any of the flashback collectors feel a little underwhelmed? I'm talking about first-time-in-the-line people ... we got Dude Love (favorite), King Mabel (2nd favorite), Backlund (pretty cool), Sherri (ehh, ok) and Pat Patterson (not a figure I'm into at all). Like some have said -- still none from the handful of flashback wrestlers we've been wanting and waiting on for years. I'm actually still pretty pumped. I wasn't expecting Patterson and I wanted confirmation on some of the more out there order sheet names (Mabel, Sherri, etc.) I'm just curious what lines most of them will be in. King Duggan we know is Retrofest, and Dusty was in one of the upcoming Elite series order sheets, but the rest are up in the air. Really just knowing Dude Love was on the way made SDCC for me. That and the NECA Michael Myers Don't get me wrong. It's better than nothing, lol. There are some great, what I would call, upgrades to existing figures. The Goldberg is great, maybe my favorite of those. But I am not interested in more Undertakers, already have Paul Bearer, etc. The Hall of Champions wave 3 is super disappointing. DX? Nah, man, no thanks. I never liked that faction and I don't really buy figures from that era.

Then a good number showed up at the next big event. Don't know who you're specifically looking for, but I wouldn't give up on MDT yet...

Great to see Backlund & Sherri FINALLY getting a figure, happy for those that want them but I won't be getting either one. I was excited about the rumoured Steamboat elite but nothing was announced so that still remains in the 'rumour' category. The announcements that I was itching to hear and would have made me ecstatic never materialized, namely Greg Valentine, Haku & Rick Martel as well as Hercules and British Bulldogs (which are probably both long shots). Another year gone and no sign of any figures of any of those guys- I am starting to doubt whether we will ever see any figs of any of them. As far as surprises go, Pat Patterson is underwhelming (personally). But I am very glad to see a proper surfer Sting and a WCW Goldberg. Mattel is chipping away at my list. Hollywood Hogan and the Steiner Bros are my only must-haves that Mattel hasn't produced yet. Greg Valentine, Hercules, etc. would be instant preorders, though.

What’s the big deal with 200 pages? We used to hit that a lot.

Five new names a bunch of reprints all of which with the exception of Mabel are figures I wanted. Plus we saw that the Simmons torso was changed and a WCW Goldberg is coming. And there’s still a chance the two or three rumored figures we didn’t see will be shown still. I am quite happy with what I saw. And there were three or four modern figures I will get also. Sure my top wants are the Steiners and the British Bulldogs, but both teams were long shots at best. Along with the Magnificent Muraco and the Hammer, but I am happy with every old school figure shown minus Mabel.

No, the only thing "stupid" is your behaviour. Elias has a theme song. It's not Mattel's fault that you're too lazy for a simple google search or to follow him since his time in NXT or watch the RAW episodes where he had an actual entrance. I thought the whole point of Entrance Greats was to release wrestlers who's entrances and entrance music was instantly recognizable?
If they are scrapping EG, then why not release Goldberg & Elias in a different line?
We ending up having to pay more for a sound stand with crappy quality and a laughably oversized box.
And that can be said about both Goldberg & Elias. Goldberg had a very unique entrance, with all the backstage shenanigans and the firework. And his theme is recognizable as well. And Elias has a very unique entrance as well. Sure most of the times he just "appears" in the ring. But that itself is also very unique. Who else has an entrance like that? And if people actually watch the product, they shouldn't have problems with recognizing his theme. And that's the point... "Having to pay more". They want to make more money, so they do stuff like this. EDIT: Page 200.
