I voted for Tommy Dreamer because it's different looking from his previous figure (mostly because of the headscan) and I like it. My second place goes to Hornswoggle (I like that this one has the marks on his face compared to his others), and third to Randy Orton.

Hornswoggle Is Pretty good
Finlay is my favorite of the set because i love the attire
Randy Orton is meh
JBL is ok
Tommy Dreamer to me, the headscan looks a little weird
Joey Styles is pretty good, already seen this figure in a previous set though

Always liked this Hornswoggle the best out of the 3 or so Jakks made. Never saw it in stores though.

I voted for Hornswoggle. Was it ever said on TV what the hell all the crap on his face was?
I may be in the minority here, but I have never liked that Tommy Dreamer scan. He looks like a drunk dad having an argument with his neighbor over the music being played too loud.
