Like it says, what is the best sculpt that ppl use? Like which 1 has the longest working time? Which 1 holds the best? An which 1 is easy to work with for a beginner?

You can get used to any of them, but I use Apoxie Sculpt. It starts sticky so it can grip the figure, then gets less sticky as it cures. It gets really stiff around 45 min to 1 hour, depending on the room temperature. You can start adding fine detail as soon as it's firm enough that you're comfortable doing it.
If you're learning to sculpt, get a tub of Monster Clay to practice with, or even some Firm Sculpey.
